Worst place around, I guess I was dumb for falling for it three times, but they consistently mess things up and give old food

I was reminded tonight (8pm 2/23) why I don’t visit KFC. This location is specifically one of the worst. The staff are very rude. The manager was yelling and very unpleasant. Then we get to the ridiculously over priced food. Not only was it all literally just dumped into a bucket, but it was missing items as well. Don’t try to point it out or you will get yelled at by their staff. I will never be spending another dime here. I will be telling anyone who listens to not go to this establishment. Poorly ran “restaurants” will only have poor experiences at best. Stay away unless you like being ripped off and treated less than human.

Our Food Was Good and Also Hot. I had to pull forward but only for a min.. I had never had their nuggets or Smash bowl and had discounts for both. Unsure what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of food and had enjoyed both items. I usually stick to what I know but glad I tried these and definitely will again!!

Ordered in the app for pick up at 5:40. Show up at 5:45 and not ready. Keep in mind, we had a snow storm today it was extremely slow. Asked and they forgot to start it, said it would be right up. Good, not a problem as it happens. Wait another 15 minutes and nothing. I watched to people say “I’m goin on break” and walk outside only to come in wreaking of pot. Still no order by the way. I ask again since it’s been 25 minutes I’ve been waiting on a dead evening. They forgot to start it again. Man said he was doing it right then. Fast forward another 10 minutes and I ask the young woman (bless her heart since she ended up making it) how much longer. She said she would check. Well the man forgot to start it again so she got it together for me in less than 5 minutes. Needless to say, a 45 minute wait for 3 chicken littles and 3 wraps because the whole staff (except one) was clearly high. Absolutely terrible staff, if they were my staff they would be looking for a new job. This is coming from someone in the food industry as well. I’ll be calling the owner of the location Monday as well as the manager for that location for a talk. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else where they show a little bit of pride and customer service in what they do.

My mom wanted a quadruple bypass a month ago two people were arguing of who was going to make it and of course ice cream machine down couldn't get her a float a customer from drive through came in made complaining they were talking a long time to fix his food this place need good workers what a disappointment.

Ordered an 8pc meal 1/2 original and 1/2 extra crispy. After I have already waited long enough for them to make it fresh. Which they did not they come and tell me they were out of breast. I would have to wait another 20 minutes. That was not happening I told him just give me my money back. I can't he says oh but you will. He walks away comes back and says he can have it done in 10 minutes. Yeah no thanks a minute ago you said it would be 20 minutes now you can have it in 10 pretty sure it would not have been cooked all the way. So he walks away again and leaves me standing there. I ask another employee for the manager she comes up and I ask again for my money back she says I have to get the person you were dealing with.Wait what are you not the Manager just give me my money and I'll leave. She then tells me actually 3 of us our managers out of the 4 people that were there. Finally the guy comes back gives me a refund. I will never go back or recommend to anyone. Wish I could upload the photos I took of how dirty this place was. Whoever owns this place should rethink your Choice of managers. If they were truly managers and let your establishment look the way it did you need to fix some serious problems.

Went to KFC on Gratiot in Shields today. Our order was incorrect and when I went back to the counter to order something else, not one of the four employees back there would acknowledge me. They kept looking at me, but continued talking to each other like I wasn't there. I finally got my family and left. We will not be going back. This will be the next place going out of business.
