This place was surprisingly great little find on a road trip. We got hungry around Saginaw and planned to go elsewhere but Alejandro's was open and we're super glad!The food was good and plentiful.My husband had a lingua taco and that was the best I've had.

Stopped by on a road trip. Best lengua taco I've ever had. Seriously. Had a beautiful sear on it and was perfectly tender. It was so good I ate it before I could take a picture :-)Apparently, they bring in 1/2 cows from Chicago, which is nice that they break their beef down in house.
