And if this location actually used real McDonald's hot fudge instead of this Hershey's syrup tasting fake stuff, that'd be awesome!Maybe I'm crazy! They were cool with the birthday party. The food wasn't bad. What the problem was is there was a needle in the changing station in the men's bathroom. My husband took our son to the bathroom to change his diaper and opened up the changing table to a needle in it. That tells me nobody is cleaning the changing table and nobody is checking the bathroom regularly. This is a dangerous object to be in reach of any child. When I asked to speak to the manager, the lady who was manager intentionally ignored me. To the point where she kept looking behind to see if I was there and then turn around and look at the drive thru. The second time I got a bit louder and asked again. This time I was acknowledged. I told the lady who walked up and said she was a manager what happened. She said ok. But I never saw anyone go back to the bathroom and clean it up. As stated we were there for a 3 year olds birthday so plenty of children going to the bathroom. Our son wasn't the only kid that needed the changing station. This needs to be addressed and handled. It's sooo unsafe.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a mcchicken. I wanted to make a mcgangbang, but they forgot the mcchicken. The meat was drier than the Sahara Desert. It went just fine with a 5th. I got so drunk that night.

Attitudes terrible been keeping track of the employees if a customer pay to have coffee food made a specific way it should be made the way order not to the liking of the employee prices has gone up so service quality should follow if you having a bad day ask to get on the grill it cost zero dollars to greet this location will put you in a whole mood with that negative energy it’s a fresh start to a new year do better

Ba da ba da da, _________Not only is the jingle or melody addictive and get stuck in the head.The cravings for a few of their breakfast sandwiches are addictive as well. But that's all I go there for once a week ???Steak egg and cheese bagel is highly recommended with two hashbrowns 1 hash brown to put in the sandwich and the other for the side. I only had Coffee. However Service was Quick, Restaurant was Clean, a little Small. The Indoor Playground was Big, but Closed. The online Service Application worked Well. I would recommend and Come back to this McDonald's again. Good

Alright, I typically don’t review fast food because I go in with low expectations as is because…you know…it’s fast food lmao. I haven’t been inside of this one and this review doesn’t reflect morning and afternoon shift as I work overnight shifts so I only come here between about 10 pm and 2 am.The food is straight up terrible. Even for fast food, they just put zero effort into whatever they are doing and it’s just bad. The people who work the drive thru are always having conversations and laughing while taking orders and then miss everything I say so I have to repeat it about 5 times. I’m glad they’re at least having a good time at work as that is important, but so is doing your job and paying attention to the customer. Most seem like they don’t even know how to work the POS system. I’m guessing this is because of the insane turnover rate that this McDonalds especially experiences. There is different people pretty much every single time I come in with the exception of maybe one person. It seems as if they’re not properly trained and are just left to learn as they go. I’m not saying that this is what it is, but it just comes off that way.The soda has a really questionable aftertaste and just bad taste in general, like the spigots do not get cleaned. Either that or the syrup pipes are dirty. I was a GM at a fast food chain for 8 years and I know what this looks and tastes like, the coke this last time I got it tasted musty.The meat tastes old and dry, even on Saturday nights where they are pretty busy. I’m pulling burnt old meat off of my burgers regularly. Either the grill isn’t getting cleaned as frequently as it should or they’re making TONS of meat ahead of time and leaving it in the dirty, greasy heating drawer for hours. They consistently make their burgers wrong, McD’s cheeseburgers have always come with onion, mustard and ketchup…extremely basic and hard to forget. They always forget the mustard without fail and just splat ketchup off the edge of the burger.Even if the fries are hot it tastes like they just put old ones back in the fryer because they still have the stale taste.The chicken is actually pretty good though, I just order the McChicken at this point because it’s the most consistent thing and they seem to cook them more often than the meat.I understand that a lot of fast food employees are teenagers, but I don’t think it should look and taste like it’s ran by teenagers. I really hope these things get fixed, I would hate for someone to get sick or for some poorly trained person to get in trouble, this place seems to be lacking management. Like I said, I set my expectations very low for fast food but when it’s this consistently bad it’s worrisome.If this wasn’t one of the only places near me that stayed open late I would never come here,. Even then I hardly come here as is, usually a couple months apart, and I’ll think that maybe they’ve gotten better and have hired people who care, but it’s just as bad if not worse than the last.
