The food was good. I am from the south and papa johns is very popular down there. Its been years since I've had Papa Johns. Drove 30mins to get some finally, and the pizza was just how I remember it! I am only giving 4 stars because the customer service was interesting. It was awkward, and felt like tentison was in the air. A coworker just sitting on her phone, another coworker having a small dispute with who I assumed was the manager on duty. Food was good, customer service was meh.

Horrible customer service. Gave me the wrong order and the manager continued to try to tell me “that’s what you ordered.” I’m allergic to mushrooms so why tf would I put that on my pizza!? Will never order from this location again.

I ordered food and checked it before I even left and realized they made a mistake and tried to get them to fix it and they wanted to argue about they didn't and wanted to charge me more money for there mistake and all I wanted was them to make it right didn't want anything for free I even tried to give the food back just wanted the right thing I ordered
