Place was very busy on a Friday night which I understand could explain why nearly every table in the place was dirty. Staff was rude, cashier either refuses to listen or was just a Karen. Didn't add drink when told her, didn't listen and gave us an extra bag of chips and someone else's Queso. Rolled her eyes when we tried to tell her something. Either order online or just go to taco bell. Avoid going in the building at all.

Getting a pickup here in a reasonable time is non existent. Not to mention the place was trashed and garbage overflowing in the lobby...never again will I pick up an order here and waste my time and effort. Need to go back to the drawing board and figure a new strategy out. You know, like

I ordered a pick up order for 545 pick up. It was really busy when we got there and I had never done this before so I waited around watching others go to the counter and get there food. At 555 I walked up and asked about my order. The casher and women in black told me it was first come first serve so I sat down and waited for them to call me. I watched as they called people and put their food in the back when they didnt come to the counter. At 610 she called my name with a list of other orders that were sitting back there. I confronted her about asking about the order 15 mins ago and she said she just put it back there. When I got back to my table my food was cold. So there is no way she just put it back there. I had been sitting there for 25 minutes and the ticket on the bag stated it was printed at 532.
Ordered today's food drive-through.First Order was wrong, waited for a few minutes. But expression on the face of employee ticked me off. I was watching from my car, employee seemed annoyed the way she put it all together. After I took off and came home, all ingredients that I ordered was not there.In short quality of food was awful, service was extremely unprofessional.I expect when you order food drive through, there should not be mistakes. Because once you are on the road, the customer doesn't want to come back and will not come back in the future.Management or owners must take care of this problem.

We came here the other night for a quick but relatively healthy dinner. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The staff were quick to take our order and answer any questions we had about toppings. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. We both ordered the bowls, and I wasn't able to finish it! The food is flavorful and everything appeared to be very fresh. Overall, it was a nice experience.
