Unfortunately I want during Lobster Fest and was very disappointed in the lobster considering how much it cost the rest of it wasn't that great either ???

Chewy hard rice. Shrimp extremely white. Lobster is very old -- the shell had a discoloration. The most chewy calamari I have ever had. Service was very slow. No host/hostess at the front for a while. Overall very unsanitary -- fork had noticeable rubbable stains, plates were greasy before use, and tables almost if they were not wiped. Server coughing around and then handling food without washing hand.

The food was good, not great. But I paid $47.99 for my dinner and I would expect exceptional. The waitress was slow to get our drinks slow to take our order and slow to cash us out.

We ordered pick up. We got there order was wrong. So had to wait to be corrected. No problem but while waiting for them to correct order the other food we ordered was sitting there getting cold. The gentleman that took my order over the phone was very inexperienced. He told me they were very busy and the person that usually takes pick up orders was very busy and couldn’t come to the phone. So was patient with him cuz he had to write everything down instead of inputting into the computer or whatever they have. Got the food home it was good. Except I had to turn the air fryer on to warm up our catfish and Walt’s shrimp. Can’t eat cold fish. Also got shrimp Alfredo barely any Alfredo sauce on it, and they left the tails on the shrimp. Also smaller portions for everything but same price or higher. Oh and didn’t get my extra Alfredo sauce I asked for but got charged. I used to love red lobster. But for the price and small potions it’s gonna have to be a hard pass. So sad. All the good places to eat have really gone down hill on portions, prices and customer service

Red Lobster on Bay Rd in Saginaw Michigan exceeded our expectations. We were a party of seven celebrating two birthdays and the service as well as the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Greeted about 3 min, after walking in. Escorted to table. Area was quite empty and staff wanted to sit us next to a table of 4. Asked if they could sit us a table apart where the area was empty. They said they couldn't. They asked us why. I said that our conversations where going to clash as we speak by sitting back to back. There was no reason why they couldn't skip a table in between us.I responded if they couldn't accommondate us, we were going to leave.They said sorry. They were willing to let us go. I asked to speak to the manager : The manager said it was ok to sit where we wanted. We spent $130.00 for that visit and were meant to feel unwanted, but I promised my wife that we were going there. The attitude quickly changed. Food was great except my lobster tails were under cooked (steamed) and they had to take them back to cook them more. I ate the first one reluctantly and swallowed quickly, but I couldn't eat the second one as was, very mushy , couldn't cut it with my knife. I have had better experiences at that locality and I guess I just went at the wrong time. I thought it was the right time 7 PM and hardly anybody there. I guess I'm getting to old 72 for social outings. Times are certainly changing. Service is unprofessional, no one gives a hoot anymore. But the tips are greatly appreciated. Taco Bell would of been cheaper.

Michelle was OUTSTANDING! In the midst of a crazy Valentine’s Day, she was positive, up beat and very attentive. A+ for her and Red Lobster! She never let one thing bother her, she was always moving around making sure everyone was having a 5 star experience. Hats off to her.

It has been a while since we were at Red Lobster, it used to be a regular option. Our server was awesome, and the atmosphere was as expected. The food was awful. I had crab linguini Alfredo. The sauce tasted like it came out of a box, and they used water instead of cream. It reminded me of my "powdered milk" days. Yuk. My wife had the trout. It was bland and tasteless. We heard the booth next to reject a lobster dish. While the cheese biscuits served at the beginning were good, that is where "good" ended.
