Surprisingly disappointed. I haven’t been back in a few years so I figured I’d give it a try to see if the food has improved. The reviews are excellent so why not. This is not authentic tasting at all. If you frequent Vietnamese restaurants, you’re likely to find this will not hit the mark. The beef pho was so bland. The broth tasted watered down. They serve the pho to go, with the noodles and soup combined, where as other pho restaurants serve them separately so the noodles don’t get soggy. The veggies aren’t pickled and had no flavor. Due to the bland veggies and boiled shrimp, the summer rolls were not good. The pork banh mi again had bland veggies, no pate and the pork was more fat than meat. Unfortunately, I’ll just have to drive south for Vietnamese food. My husband is picky and asked for no veggies in his pho, rice bowl and banh mi and they did not accommodate. Please get some flavor. Stop white washing food.

My husband and I were visiting Saginaw and decided to try Saigon Sandwich Company for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic and super friendly. The next time we visit the city we will absolutely come back.
