We pick up loaves for friends and family when going through Saginaw a few times a year. There is no other bread that can compare to spatz. If you're going through Saginaw you must try spatz.

A friend of mine brought me my Spatz fix to Lansing, Michigan. WHAT HAPPENED? The bread is different! Thick, smaller. Why change a good thing that I remember for 60 years since I was a kid.

Tiny bakery that's been around forever - delicious! No seating inside, just a small counter to order their famous white bread and baked goods. Donuts are great and white chocolate dipped sugar cookies only made during the holidays are amazing!!! We make sure and get back there every time we're in town. (Make sure to bring cash though).

Consistently great bread! Always proud to support a local business when I pick up a loaf during our weekly trip to Meijer.
The selection wasn't much(mid afternoon) but the cute little strudles were amazing! Crust was flaky and crumbly, filling was sweet and delicious. Fair warning, they only take cash! So worth it though!

Best bread for toast or grilled. They have more the. Just bread at their bakery. Donuts, cookies, just great small bakery. But what this small bakery produces is amazing. One try and you'll be hooked.
