Workers won't take your order unless you ring the bell. Customers can literally stand in line and workers will be on their phones ignoring them.They talk so loud about their personal lives the entire cafeteria can hear, very unprofessional. The couple times I have ordered their workers had attitudes and they try to rush you along to get back to their phones.

My little nephew ordered on his own, was questioned by the worker, basically insulting him for his order. Thought subway was all about custom sandwiches?? Really unprofessional, worst subway I have ever encountered.

This place is probably the worst subway I've encountered. I've found the place completely deserted because both employees, when there is more than 1, decided to go to break at the same time (absolutely unprofessional), and there is usually only one person working anyways. And they really need the two people, because everyone that works here is so ungodly slow at getting through customers. I suppose as a patient or visitor it's not that big of deal, but as an employee trying to snag food on a 30 minute lunch break it's very disheartening to get to subway (the ONLY place open for 2nd and 3rd shift) and know you won't have time to eat simply because a SINGLE person happens to be in line before you. Ridiculous.
Extremely disappointed that I'm sick in the hospital and can't get soup :( all I wanted was cheddar broccoli soup and was told they couldn't offer that today...
