One of the three staff members was friendly and earnestly trying to do the job well. The other two sure seemed like it was not the place they wanted to be. The lady at the register was nice enough to stop using her phone to start ringing us up. Her timing of going into what appeared to be a fairly cleaned lobby, while there was a line of us... was a poor choice. Then rolled her eyes when she came back cause we were still waiting on our food. It's.ot like she was helping. Food was fine overall, but subway seems like it's trying to keep up on a market that's moves past them.
Girls working were fast and friendly even though customers infront of me were rude as could be and talking down to them. Very well done and food was yummy for it being a sub.

pre-ordered 30 subs to go for my hockey team. Management and staff were accommodating, patient and so friendly. Every sandwich came as ordered, packaged nicely and with numbers.Overall was a fantastic experience, will order from here again if we are in the area

Disappointed, ordered a sub and 2 pretzels. Picture shows a cup of cheese in the picture, got home and no cheese. Sub didn't even look like a 6inch. Paid $15, I will stick with Jimmy John's.

Tried to make conversation with the manager but she said she was working in hell and walked away. Went to the back slamming metal pans and what not. The front guy was pleasant but needs to learn money management by handing the change to the customer not settling it on the counter and then walking away. Bad atmosphere.

The older lady that manages this place obviously hates her job and life. She is awful to order from and is condescending to her employees. There's a reason why there's a revolving door of employees here.
The food and service was amazing, Kyla was the person who made our sandwiches and she was absolutely awesome!

We ordered 3 subs. The subs were absolutely delicious! Tristan made our subs. He asked if I wanted the pizza sauce on before the pepperoni and I said after. His manager Angie came from the back, pulled the pepperoni off the sub, slapped sauce on it and proceeded to yell at him about how the sauce goes first. THEN the other employee was making a Doordash order, and angie continued to yell at her about that order too. Infront of an entire lobby full of people. Very impressed with how the two young employees handled themselves. I myself,would've walked out if management had talked to me that way. Especially infront of a lobby full of customers. Will be calling corporate.
