Went on Sunday night. I ordered prime rib and it took 25 minutes to come out, it was cold and tasted like garbage. I eat at Texas Roadhouse at least once a week, all over the Midwest. Saginaw is the first time I’ve had a negative experience.

Our server was Bre and she was AMAZING. Very friendly, made good banter and was not over bearing. Although I could have talked to her all day! I felt like she was a friend and she made the experience even better. Thank you, Bre, for being such an awesome person. Also the food was amazing.

Usually amazing service. However, Mia was the worst server we have ever had. She looked unhappy to be there, and looked annoyed when we asked for basic things. Didn’t even tell us to have a good day on the way out, and refused eye contact. Horrible experience for the family, will request anyone but her the next time.

The food was not great. Ribs had little flavor, rice was awful, corn was cheap canned corn, bbq chicken was dry and the sauce was not good. “Legendary side” of fries consisted of maybe 12 fries. Waitress barely talked to us, and we had to ask multiple people for more rolls to finally get more. Will likely not be coming back to this location.

Very, very, very busy and crowded, yet our server, Jazzy, still brought everything out correct, timely, hot, and delicious! Great job by everyone there from the door staff, the table preparers, the servers, and the kitchen!

Nice place, no peanuts at the tables, great food and service, prices too high, they should play only 80's and 90's country music not any newer stuff that is not real country
The server was great! But the food starting with the appetizer was overcooked but somehow cold too like it was sitting around. Steak was dry as a bone when ordered med-well. Best part of the dinner was the bread.

Our first visit to TR for my wife's birthday was possibly our last.Warm at best, almost burned dinner rolls were NOT what everyone brags on.My sirloin was the chewiest, driest steak I've had in a while. Even steak sauce didn't help and when I asked our waitress she said the steaks are always tender...??? Baked potato was pretty dry and flavorless too.Glad we have other steakhouses in Saginaw. Step it up TR.

Never ever a bad experience dining here . The food, service and atmosphere are all outstanding. My go to is the Ft Worth Ribeye medium well. There’s a reason why there’s normally a little bit of a wait during peak times but it’s well worth it. Cannot wait for you to hopefully expand more in to Northern MI. You blow other chains out of the water in all facets of your operation. Keep doing what you do because it’s working.
