1st order. Breakfast sausage sandwich not cooked, hashbrowns dried out, hard and cold in the center. The crossaint was overly burned. My order side in place of hashbrowns was a donut, got home and no donut in the bag. The gal ordering had to repeat the order three times and still was not correct. Not sure what is going on at this Tim Hortons but unfortunately this was not my first bad experience here. I love the coffee. Does someone need to call headquarters??
I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you….
