The drive thru was super slow so I was getting frustrated, finally I got my order which was a mixed order of timbits. I guess when I said mixed it must have sounded like I said all Blueberry.

Only three cars in the drive thru, made my order in less than 2 minutes. Didn't ask for receipt. After paying was told to pull around to the other side would be served at the door. Waited 15 minutes and went inside. Servers did not look rushed and very few customers. People were being served at the counter with minimum wait. Five cars parked outside waiting for their orders. No reason given only told to wait. Had to leave for appointment, 26 minutes wasted for small $7 cup of coffee.

Whoever is running the drive through is absolutely rude. She made it seem like I was a burden for even ordering or talking to her. The donut was stale and the sandwich wasn't even warm. it was 2 pieces of cheese slapped together with a little mayo. I usually love tim Hortons but this ruined it for me! If you wanna waste your money go there.

Ive recently moved to saginaw, being sick of the country, and I've always loved Timmy's. But every time I've been to this one, its been just horrible experiences. Rude customer service, wrong orders, snarky remarks. Definitely not how a business should be running. After getting my usual vanilla creme donut today and biting into a dry biscuit, I decided to leave a review. I know it won't matter, but if a higher up at the Tim Hortons on tittabawassee sees this, the place and people need some work, bud.

Although Tim wasn't there when I went in, I still got my coffee & dozen donuts. It would have been pretty cool to see the old skater but I'm sure he's up in Canada opening yet another donuts store.Donuts were really good.

If you want to feel like you are the inconvenience just place an order in the drive thru. Order takers always sound annoyed that you even showed up to order and are super annoyed by anything you ask and it shows when you are handed a half filled coffee. Who is making these terrible coffees? Never made even remotely close and today was my last straw with the coffee filled to the middle of the cup. So unfortunate that no one there cares and I can see they are not even trying or careNever returning

The second time, I ordered a breakfast wrap with sausage and received bacon (both of these were disappointing, yet still ok) however, this morning, I order a breakfast wrap and the egg was missing. I just don't get it!

This place is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They can’t get a drink order right to start. They give us biscuits instead of English muffins for sandwiches and when we go back to have them fix our food. our new sandwiches Come out tasting terrible and one has a hair in it? Like how can you fail three times in a row.

I frequent this store because it’s convenient. But they have never - not once - gotten my order correct. On the rare occasion they actually give me what I ordered, it’s almost always subpar - they forgot the sugar, the cream, they made it hot instead of cold, etc.

I don’t know why I keep thinking it will get better because it never does. The girl that takes your order is so rude and acts like you are a bother by ordering. The bagel I received had a couple smears of cream cheese on one side, and nothing on the other. The gentleman that took my payment was kind and I did appreciate that.

This location is laughable at this point. I feel like I’m being pranked when I go here. Order taking skills are a 1/10, coffee is never made right, and food is mediocre. You don’t say “what do you want?” As an ordering introduction ?? like I can’t believe this is real. Then the person at the window didn’t say a word to me. Snatched my card out of my hand, paid for my food and threw my card back at me. I wasn’t sure I was even going to get my card back lmaooo. Don’t waste your time with this location, go out of your way and go to state street. State street is 1,000 times better.
