The service was horrible, with no communications! Around 9 PM, I was placing an order for a couple of smoothies, the chick who was placing my order, kept responding back with a slick and bratty tone. then I get to the window to pay for my food, and no one came until I knocked on the window seven minutes later. A little chick came to ask me what's up, and while I was telling her what's going on, she kept cut me off. I will never come to this location again! I understand it's late, and it was close to closing time, but doesn't give you a right to not communicate to your customers, and talk to them any kind of way.

if I could put zero stars I would, I waited 15 mins in line for 1 smoothie and the girl Jayden S at the window had the worst attitude ever! meanwhile the other girl was texting on her phone in the drive-thru window. Never coming to this location again.
I'm so sick of driving across town to grab a $10 liquid meal at this location, only to be disappointed with the product. How hard is it to make sure you're not grinding rock hard seeds into the smoothies??? Your incompetent employees have inspired me to start making smoothies at home. New management is necessary or you'll end up another franchise permanently closed.

I go to this location once or twice a week..I usually get a spinach strawberry smoothie. The person at the cash register kept offering me what they had. And told me she couldn't make it like that. So I left to the one on state street . And they made it my way. Someone didn't feel like working this morning it was all in her voice.

Needs to improve forsure some girls do a great job others can't seem to make a smoothie right I cannot get a smoothie past noon or it's watered down and just awful

man i loved coming here, came at 9:43still had open sign on but then told me they were closed. I asked them what time do they close and the girl told me that they were cleaning and closed at ten. I am pregnant and was looking forward to a smoothie and since it was so late i was intending to tip 20 due to working in the service industry and knowing that it can suck having someone come in late. But to be told that they are closed and that they close at ten and the reason they couldn't take my order at 9:45 actually made me start to cry (hormones, the girl didn't say anything nasty)i very sadly don't think i can go here again due to amount of unprofessional i know whoever was there does not care about whether i go there or not i just want other people to know what to expect when going there
