My senior mom went to this location and order fries. She seen the new fries with cheese and asked if she could order them. The lady at the window got very upset and was talking aggressively with my Senior mom. The fries she got had cheese dumped in them and they were not warm at all. My mom complained to the manager who asked my mom well how did you respond and what did you do in return? My mom is a senior and the manager was so rude trying to make it like my mom was the person in the wrong. My mom could not eat due to the aggressive behavior of BOTH manager and service worker.

I normally do not go to Wendy's, but I decided to give it a go. I was craving a juicy burger and french fries, I wasn't disappointed! Excellent French fries too and the Frosty is always on point;Dietary restrictions: They make your food accordingly as a special order

Everytime I come to this Wendy’s nobody wants to be here. If the food wasn’t good I’d not want to be there ether. I drive out of my way to work to get breakfast 30 minutes after they open, just to get stared at by employees that aren’t quite ready for work. Sorry to inconvenience everyone.

Went inside to place a to go order. They were quick and friendly, very busy. Place looked clean. I absolutely love Wendy's chili! It's always a go to when it's cold. The fries were hot and perfectly salted.

The lobby floor is dangerously slippery and the reason given was the building is so old. Slip and fall waiting to happen.The drink machine is too complicated and everything I picked was not available. (Diet Coke, diet Dr Pepper, a couple others). Asked for no salt on fries, was told ok but fries were very salty; and just warm, not fresh.
Asked for ranch dressing with chicken nuggets through drive thru and got barbecue.

Lot's of Space for Parking, because it's a Depressing Place. Inside, No Color, Just a Square Box of a Store. Typical Workers that Dont want to be There. Bathroom was a Mess, I can see that the Drive-Thru might get Busy, However if they Knew what was inside the People in Cars would most likely Not Stop. I had Time to Kill, first time at a Wendy's in Years, I got a Frosty. It will most likely be Years until I Come Back Again. The Frosty was Good and Very Cold. The worst place to go when you're hungry. Staff standing around not working but talking about personal stuff so loud everyone can hear it. The longest wait for awful cold food. Staff was unpleasant and agitated with each other. Employee at register couldn't multitask and struggled to take orders and fulfill them. Seconds from canceling order! Staff came out of the back to get personal drinks from machine and complain about other staff. Asked about my order after waiting forever and cashier said she couldn't find the order slip so I watched other people go to the counter and order and receive food before people that ordered before them. Staff was so miserable and the food was awful. Shocked this place is still in business.

Took over 20 minutes, received wrong order, went in to see what was happening”. Said they didn’t even start my order since sometimes their machine deletes orders, refused to give me a refund. Over 30 minutes of my life gone. Maybe the worst fast food experience I’ve had.
