The last two times I ordered a pizza.I was raw. We oreded it extra well done.The lady on the phone said order a thinner pizza if I want to cooked.The manager came on as said it was well done he saw it ?? The cheese was barley melted and the crust was dough.I do not need free pizza. I have done fine in life. I am shocked the manager even argued with us. I have the pizza I am looking at it. He said it looked find to him. Do not patronize me.I am done with jets in St Clair. There are plenty of pizza places.The explanation was there are other pizza's coming out that need to be cut.I do not care charge me $20.00 extra so my pizza will be cooked!Wow this place is a mess.I get it quality of help is poor. But do not argue with me.AWFUL

Always love their pizza and side options. The BBQ chicken pizza is my go to. I tried their popcorn chicken BBQ chicken pizza this time. Over all good but not a huge fan of the popcorn chicken version. I wanted the popcorn chicken to be crispier and to have better flavor. Over all kinda bland. Would stick with the regular BBQ chicken pizza version. Never a bad choice!I do wish their prices were a bit lower or if they offered better coupons more often like other chains. Unfortunately, I don't get Jet's as often as others due to the price. But Jet's is one of my favorite places if I want to treat myself. :)
In the last 3 months we have ordered and complained 4 times . With a credit givin of $30 when we spend on average $45 plus tip we used our $30 credit tonight and again the pie deliverd was way over cooked , coated in grease .. and the pop corn chicken tasted like rubber and was cold .... sad that I used to think so highly of all the franchises under Jetts was top knotch , I even coach the Jetts son in ice hockey and feel a message to him directly might be warranted after 4 times of ordering and recieveing such disappointing food .

While staying at the Blue Water Inn, we felt like a pizza one night. Office recommended Jet's for nearby delivery. Pizza was very good and delivery was fast...less than 45 minutes.

The last 3 or 4 times I have ordered Jets pizzas from Saint Clair Michigan location, the overall experience was horrible. Ordered a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, reg sauce and cheese. The pizza had a crust that was nearly 2inches high, but the bottom crust itself was so thin it was like paper, and I ordered regular crust not thin. the whole pizza was not cooked and was actually soupy. We could not pick up the pieces. Tried to eat with a fork. Even that was difficult. I don't know what happened to the staff here, but they don't know how to make a pizza as ordered. Terrible taste, terrible experience. Will not be ordering from Jets ever again. When your bill is always $35 to $45 you do not expect garbage. Ordered from Pizza Hut yesterday. Everything was perfect and the bill was actually less for much better pizza.
