I was turned down for service even though I was at the drive through several minutes before closing. The employee waited several moments to greet me by saying they were closed. The signs and lights all said open when I pulled up to the speaker. They then proceeded to stare at me driving away like they wanted to be proud of it.

We do the phone order to save time, I go there I wait and wait. Finally the brings food out and I said to him this is poor service. He said our lobby is full. I don't care about the lobby!!
Go through the drive through if you want to get served in a timely manner.

The service was average. Drive thru order, taco 'meat' in the second taco was cold and dry and tasted off, I immediately discarded it. Unfortunately, I ate the first taco which tasted fine. But with misfortune sometimes comes good fortune and the rest stop a few miles down the road was open.

My boyfriend and I made this our last stop before going home from a trip. It was 9am. The lady at the window was extremely rude. We ordered a breakfast box with a crunch wrap, hash brown and cinnabon delights. Since we were going back down state we didn't have time to turn around. But my cinnabon delights were complete cold partially frozen in the middle. The crunch wrap and hash brown were partially warm and the cherry Pepsi was straight syrup. I used to work fast food so I know things happen but this was ridiculous.

Update your damn times on here properly. Gets cold to walk over from truck stop just to be locked out.
