I recommend the smoothies, salads, and the hot ham and cheese.You get to pick out your own ingredients to put in your smoothie. it's all fresh fruit. there's a large choice of what you can get. you have to go there and order a smoothie and see how wonderful this place is.Vegetarian options: They have almond milk for a base for the smoothies. it's one of the healthiest food that's around
This spot is AMAZING! Unfortunately there is such a scarcity when it comes to healthy options. I am so grateful a place like this exists! The staff is super friendly. I got to meet and talk with the owner Stephanie. She is so kind!
