Mimi's Cupcakes & more

We hired Mimi’s Cupcakes for our wedding to do our wedding cake and cupcakes and Heather did an AMAZING job. Heather was our favorite vendor as she was the easiest to work with. My wife and I bought our wedding cupcakes from Mimi's. The cupcakes themselves were delicious, moist, and extremely pleasant to eat. Our guests were very complimentary about them! Who drives almost an hour and a state over for cupcakes? I do!!!!!!Mimi's cupcakes are the BEST cupcakes I have ever had.Of course I picked the hottest day of the year to take a drive to St. Joseph.I tried to plan my day in how I was going to get these cupcakes home without them melting and doing some sightseeing.Heather was so kind.
