Stopped in here for a quick drink bite to eat thinking it was a basic dive bar (we do love dive bars). We had two awesome bartenders who can make some killer drinks, I had patron margarita and then she recommended their pineapple margarita, both were delicious! We ordered the big a$$ pretzel and have to say that was the best pretzel and bar cheese we’ve had and we order them often. Service was hands down the best we’ve had in a while, food was great and look forward to going back to try more, drinks awesome and not what you’d expect to get in a local bar on a small town!

Every waitress standing around only one working was the bar guy .I don't care who table is whose teamwork makes the dream work and these waitress.not sure they know what a waitress is standing doing nothing acted bothered when asked for stuff.need a staff meetings of the minds . every one was very upset .food was really great tho. I will b going back tho for sure cooks did a great job ?

Service was great besides Lindsey. She was very rude when we kindly asked if we could move a table, talked down to us, and was very dismissive. Mrs. Lauer was very very nice and loved her!! Food was quick and very good! When we sat at a table near the bar, we waited for quite a while before asking someone who our server was and they said “the bar.” Beside Mrs Lauer, the servers were a bit rude.

Im sure I'm not the only one who thinks this, so I will keep it short and simple....That manager, Melany, is EVERYTHING that's wrong with Social House Saranac.. Ive never seen someone so unqualified for a position in my life. She is an awful leader to her "team", treats her "team" like absolute trash, always condescending ,no matter who she is talking too. She constantly has a nasty look on her face and always looking to put HER own problems on someone else. If it's not clear to the owner and the staff that she needs to go, immediately , you really need to wake the hell up.....she will be the sole reason that business will go into the dump. WAKE UP AND REMOVE HER FROM THAT TOWN!!!! Everyone is already fed up with her and I foresee that business going out within the year... thanks...
