Excellent in every aspect. 4 stars plus. Lawrence was our bartender and waiter and he should be in management. Reservations are a must. The meals are very large so my wife and I split a wedge salad and filet mignon and truffle fries. The salad and filet were perfect but we have had better truffle fries. Definitely the #1 restaurant in Saugatuck. We shall return.

We had a great time at Bowdies! We sat upstairs and our server Lian (?) was so attentive and polite. Ww ordered the scallops for an appetizer which was soooo very good. We shared the Cowboy Ribeye and that meal was so very tasty! Our evening was fun and we enjoyed our meal! 10/10!

My waitress made a wonderful recommendation for a mocktail. She was so friendly and made me feel special. She was able to recommend some other places in Saugatuck to check out when I visit again. The food was fantastic and I'm so glad I made a stop here. I will definitely be back.

As usual, our visit to Bowdies was perfect! Liana is awesome and very attentive. She makes you feel like you're the only table in the restaurant. The steak was a little over done but still very delicious! Prices are high for sure but worth it. Will be back again and again!

We are live locally and go to Bowdie's several times a year. We have always thought they had some of the best food, beverages and services in West Michigan. Unfortunately, this past trip for Valentine's Day we had great food, but the service was a real let down. Empty water glasses, entrees were served and we waited about 10 minutes for our side dishes. It was a real surprise and very disappointing meal. I totally get that labor, let alone qualified servers are hard to find and keep, but at the prices for this establishment there is really no excuse for sub-par service. I hope this is taken care of prior to the season.

What a pleasant surprise! Everything was top rate at Bowdies. The food was outstanding, as was the service from our server Paige. Cocktails were great too. We can't wait to return to Saugatuck and we will definitely dine again at Bowdies.
Bowdie's was a fantastic experience. Our server was welcoming and very informative about the area. The food was delicious. Bowdie's has a deconstructed crab cake on the menu. I was a little concerned, but was super surprised. It was absolutely delicious. Drinks were fantastic. 10/10 highly recommend! Side note - I accidentally left a personal item after dinner. The amazing customer service and help was greatly appreciated! Thanks for being awesome!

The food never disappoints. Had another wonderful steak tonight. Not a busy night for a Monday, so expectations for great service should not have been too difficult. It was by all means not terrible, but no need to have empty water glasses and when the steak came out had to wait for our side. Server was friendly, just would have appreciated a little more attention to detail.
I'm so glad we stumbled upon this lovely little restaurant. The service is unmatched. From management to servers to bussers, you can tell each member of the staff cares about your experience. The food is amazing; the filet melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while. Highly recommend it!

The ideal ambience for date night, we went for my birthday and it truly felt so special! The portions are generous and the drinks were fantastic. The best filet I've ever had and the scallops for an appetizer were to die for. Our server was delightful and even brought our complimentary beignets for my birthday!

Three options for inside seating includes the porch, main area with bar, and upstairs seating for a more quiet setting. Service is always friendly, attentive and professional.
