When I arrived, the staff person was sitting on the prep counter. The dining room was a mess; there was garbage overflowing from the bin, napkins all over the floor, and almost all the tables were unbussed. As for the food, I emphasized no sauce on the sandwich, but of course it came with sauce. The fries were cold, soggy, and unsalted. A sad state of affairs.
Went through drive thru was missing items from order - it was a miscommunication - went back and they fixed it right away - quick and apologized ! Very happy w customer service - may 22 2023 evening

Staff is friendly enough, but the food is awful and they are SLOW. Also, the health department needs to show up, their ceiling is leaking and the person cleaning it up dumped the water from the bucket into the pop machine. Ew.
