Messed up order, missing food ans somehow gave wrong drink, food items and I'm just not sure how this is even possible when it's on the receipt.

Bottom line up front, save your time and money and eat at home or go almost anywhere else.I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in a while but I’m amazed at how far the franchise has fallen. Maybe it’s just this one.I ordered online (probably my first mistake) with pickup time of 3:00, giving the staff ample time to prepare the order and showed up at 3:00. My simple order was not ready for another 15 minutes while the staff tried to figure out the online ordering system. Several other customers had a similar problem while we waited.Once I got my food there was maybe a tablespoon of meat and cheese in each Gordita crunch and they looked like they had been sat on - more fillings in the paper than the taco shell.The place was evidently understaffed, and what few staff who were there were Trudeau and Singh’s “new Canadians” - it was frustrating trying to explain my problems to someone who doesn’t speak English and didn’t really seem like they cared about the job or the customer.Won’t be back. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

After waiting nearly an hour after an online order, the food was not ready.Asked for a refund and management refused to speak to me.Finally had enough and forced the manager to come and speak to me. Fully refused to provide a refund and told me to do it online. Problem is there is no option online to refund your order after it's been processed.This has been the most infuriating experience in my life and the staff took no accountability, only made up excuses the entire time.That idiot should be fired and replaced with someone who actually had the balls to speak to their customers when an issue comes up and not hide in the back while a young girl takes the heat.Pathetic and ridiculous.

The food was not cooked and the fries were over cooked. I paid with debit and the machine was absolutely disgusting, does greasy covered in food and hair, so disgusting that I sprayed my hands with hand sanitizer after using it. I told them that they should probably clean it and before she give me my pop she says sure and closes the window on my face doesn't give me my pop and puts the machine back on the table without cleaning it. I had to go into the store to get my pop because she was so arrogant she closed the window on my face without giving me everything. Not to sound racist but they're a bunch of dirty Indians who have no care for food health.

Through no fault of the workers themselves it's rather difficult to understand them over the crackly speakers in the drive through. Unfortunately they have a habit of serving ice cold tacos to the point where I'm doubting they even bother microwaving them. Took the lettuce out to try nuking them at home since they were so cold it was inedible, and the paltry amount of meat was actually kinda funny. The rest of the tacos were similar. I can't say I really reccomend this place

Poor cooking. Personal need more training in cooking. Food tasted like burnt grease. Chicken was over cooked and dry. This was the second time in a week. No excuses more training

Might as well not have the lobby, which was redone, should have just converted this in tona drive thru location, and saved the money.Understaffed drive thru customers prioritized over walk in customers. Left, went thru drive thru and was served alot faster than if I had stayed and waited. I was first in line at counter and employee just stared at me. The owner of this buisness should be very disappointed on how this location operates.

I never leave reviews good or bad. I’ve been here twice since this location re-opened. And the service is bad. And its not the employee fault. The first time I was here it was not long before re-opening so I thought it was just people getting i to the swing of things. But if I had to guess I would say this is a whole new staff with little to no training and employer that doesn’t want to hire enough staff. The person at the till does not even have the time to pull the debit slips off the machine and hand them to the customers or put any in her till. Receipts are obviously supposed to be handed out based on the TV Order number tracker, but those are also piling up. And what fast food place doesn’t have an expediter at lunch and dinner? This one. The wait is also way to long. I just spent 90% of my hour lunch waiting here. And assuming everyone is taking out doesn’t solve problems. Lobby is not getting cleaned and its just waisting paper and time. - update, I saved my Cinnamon Twists don’t even have Cinnamon on them.
