It was just okay. Gumbo needed a little more flavor, chicken sandwiches & rueben were pretty good. Tater tots were still frozen. Need to come back and try that chicken salad, it sounded great.

We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to accommodate a family of 7. I ordered the chicken tenders and cornbread and got 3 medium size tenders and one muffin sized corn bread. The food was pretty good except we were attacked by flies. Would probably rate higher if not for the fact that my daughter became adopted into a fly clan. Another person jn our party ordered the gumbo and that is a not recommend. There was so much salt that you could kill a slug by kissing it.

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite the restaurant being at modest capacity they would not allow us to order to go when everything else was closed and we were forever to drive to the next town for dinner while on vacation.

There are no to go orders on the weekends and the staff is not friendly. I would not plan on coming here.

10/10 would recommend! Huge beer and food menus! We decided on flights since we couldn't decide on one. Flights pricing depends on which individual beers you select as your 4. I'd recommend the flight for your first time, you couldn't go wrong with any. All the beers we tried were great! The food was amazing! My boyfriend got the bowl with mashed potatoes, corn, fried chicken, gravy, and cheese. He said it was extremely filling but amazing. I got the deli caprese sandwich and kettle chips. It was equally good but also very filling. Overall a must spot! Bring your appetite!

Great beer, great food and Austin provided great service. We will definitely be stopping in again. It can be difficult to find great service so we really appreciate the standards here!

Austin is excellent!! So happy w the recommendations he gave us. Food. Brews. Service. Fantastic. Shared mac w brisket and the shrimp gumbo. Delicious! IPA was awesome. Decent prices. Will be back.

Very convenient to find outdoor patio seating on a weeknight. My kids loved the kids meal of mac and cheese and the tater tot sides. The kids meal with chicken tenders came with one piece of chicken and tons of tater tots. The seafood gumbo was flavored just right with lots of chicken shrimp and sausage. The rice was slightly undercooked and crunchy but otherwise I loved the gumbo broth. The brisket was delicious. I'd love to come back and try more bbq!

Had a not so good experience tonight. I always order the Star Chicken Shotgun, I love it!!!! But there was something wrong with the beer, I notified the bartender who dismissed my concern and said nobody else said anything. The bartender did not even report it and continued to serve people subpar beer. Was going to stay for dinner but went to The Stray Dog who also serves Star Chicken...well guess what, that same beer was fine. The bartender at Greenbush should have addressed the issue, very disappointed!

This place just sucks now, used to be pretty good. the staff is weird and arrogant for no reason from the top down. Went to Beer Church in New Buffalo which was way better and the pizza there is amazing . Never seen worse service for a place this "popular"

After picking blueberries nearby, this place caught our eye! After the Warren Dunes Beach, we decided to forgo the usual New Buffalo restaurant scene and try this place ! Loved it! You can choose to sit outside or in their bar. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside. They have a unique selection of delicious beers and you can try them in three different sizes! I started out with a $3 5 oz beer. We then ordered their 3 meat BBQ. DELICIOUS! We had pork, chicken and brisket with two sides. My husband and I split it and we had another meal for two to take home! I would highly recommend this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would for the food. We ordered a brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese, pulled pork, and an Americana. The brisket was super tough and the sandwich fell apart. The tater tot side was disgusting too. The tots were still cold on the inside. The Mac and cheese was nothing to write home about. The pulled pork was very dry. Then the americana was over cooked chicken and fell apart like the brisket sandwich. The beer was decent at best, but nothing really special going on with it. The waitress was fine, but all the other issues bring this down a lot. Nothing was wrong with our service, but the food was disgusting.

If you'd like for you and your family to be treated like a flaming pile of horse crap, then this is the place for you! Honestly, I have yet to see worse people inherently, than what you will find at Greenbush really anywhere. The culture here permeating through the entire staff is basically -- we "think" we're cool, and therefore we can be as rude or offensive as we want, and if you don't like it, you can leave and we don't want your business anyway. If that sounds like a nice meal out, for you, your wife, your mom, grandmother or children, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd say it would be more enjoyable to eat at the gas station down the block.

Reviews rave about the brisket, and with good reason -- done to perfection, tender, moist, and flavorful. We enjoyed it in a couple different combinations, and enjoyed them all. Barbecue sauces are served on the side at the table; we tried three that were excellent. So was the side of greens and the pickle. On the other hand, the grits were just okay and the kettle chips? -- out of a bag. Service was also okay, friendly but ill-trained. Also, when you ask for water you're oddly directed to a self-serve station. I started this as a three-star rating, but I just changed it because I already want to go back for more brisket.

Green Bush, has amazing Beer, however, their BBQ is incredible. I am enjoying a wonderful pulled pork sandwich paired with GB's Illusion of Power pale ale. Life is Good! Love the homemade blue cheese dressing on my side salad! A wonderful stop just off of 94. Take the Sawyer exit and head south over the train tracks. Check out the garden market next to the the Green Bush Brewery tap rooms. BTW, despite the Biden's economy, the prices are still friendly. My 5 stars go for very high quality craft beer, great brew pub food selection, and very kind & efficient staff!
