The service was amazing! Still agreed to take my order even though I showed up at closing. Very professional and extremely nice! Liz was especially helpful and kind. I will definitely be returning to this location and recommend to anyone looking for good chicken, at a fantastic price with awesome service as well. Great job!

My sister and I traveled from Michigan to Chicago and was delighted to see a Popeye's Chicken along the way. We were hungry, but also in a hurry so we went through the drive-thru. We waited about 10 minutes for the employee to come to the drive-thru window. When the person got on the speaker he asked what we would like and we told him we would like the chicken tenders. He wasn't sure if they had chicken tenders or not and would have to go back and check. By this time, we were super hungry and had to hit the road again, so we never had the opportunity to try the Popeye's Chicken. The employee seemed clueless as to what they had available.

These people are quick to charge a buck for what you ask for but according to “Their Rules” they give you what ever they want. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. How am I going to be charged nearly $40 to give me something that’s not even worth $30. Told the manager on shift and all she said was that that’s how they are and unfortunately they couldn’t give me a refund of the difference.

I have never taken the time to write a review, but I have to now. I have been a big fan of Popeyes for years, this location was horrid. Hard cold biscuit, beans and rice half full at best. Paid 1.19 for a singlejalapeño, it was the size of a small olive. Totally overpriced. I feel completely ripped off. Not only will I never give Popeyes of any location a single dollar but I will actually buy my diesel elsewhere. That's 3000.00 a week to another vendor. Yeah I'm pissed and I'm voting with my hard earned dollars. I suggest you all do thesame. Itstime to rise up and stop being so passive. .

Food is always excellent, they were just a little slow getting it out to the people.
This place was awful. Waited in line for 23 minutes, while 4 workers gathered around the register trying to give someone a $1.28 discount on a big app order. We haven't ever been to Popeyes before, and asking these people questions about ordering was like asking 2nd grader how to order. THEN, while waiting an additional 8 minutes for my order. I had to keep reminding this guy what was on my order. And expensive! Cost me $40 to feed me and my wife. The food was awful. Totaled experience. My 1st time at Popeyes, and I'll not be coming back.

My husband and I went to this travel stop and we both had the worst fast food experience ever. We are still waiting for his order which he put in over a half hour ago because apparently they’re waiting on the spicy chicken. (The Taco Bell next-door had its own problems. You can read my review there but don’t bother going to this travel stop for food if you’re in a hurry) update-just got his food after 35 minutes. The place wasn’t even busy. At one point he asked why so long they said we waiting on spicy chicken. Next time he went to ask they couldn’t even find his order.
