“I have been in the Schoolcraft shop couple of times. I have had the same person wait on me both times. I believe her name is Jacqueline, maybe Jackie. (I hope I have that right.) I don't know where she learned her people skills, but I was very, very impressed. Keep up the good work.“

“Unhelpful staff. Poor quality drink After I drove 20 minutes to come back and get a remake, I was handed a lukewarm latte. Asked for a refund since they could not make a standard temperature dark mocha. Staff told me that I was making it "really hard" for them to make the drink correctly. Basically insulted and blamed me for the employee not being able to make the drink correctly', in front of other customers. Paid $7 and I left with no drink. Kindness goes a long way, but I didn't recieve that here today.“

“We were celebrating Dad’s 90th birthday and had the main course catered in from Summer Thyme cafe. Chris and Steve came to set up the pot roast, potatoes, gravy and veggies. The meal was excellent!! Warm and tasty. We didn’t get desserts because we had a birthday cake. Thank you for making our celebration so nice.“

“Great service, great food even better ambiance. The food is great, freshly made. They have the best Cinnamon rolls but they ran out of the today( that's how good they are. You can order on line and they even have drive through. We ordered many times since the beginning of the pandemic. Love this place. A good family owned business to support.“

“The sweetest experience I've ever had going through a drive-thru. The woman who took my order was incredibly friendly, thorough, and had a cute personality. I even turned to my wife and said "that was the smoothest order I've ever given" right after I ordered over the little speaker system thing. The coffee was incredibly yummy and well made. “I visited Waterstreet with my son to get coffee for my husband and I. We got the seasonal salted caramel latte and the sleeping bear mocha (with oat milk). Both were delicious!Also, a side note, they do have baby changing tables available!Kid-friendliness: Changing tables available“

“Friendly staff, decent food, place was busy, they have their hands full! Oddly, the owner was not friendly, when your sitting down at the Cafe bar.and you're waiting for service and she walked up to me, I smiled and then she walked away? Good morning? Need a menu? Have you been waited on? Probably just worn out, just odd when she was chatting with everyone else. Strange. Good place for a quick breakfast, just not much love lol.“

“Baristas are always helpful and kind! A friend and I went through the drive thru yesterday and when we got to the counter to pay, the barista told me it was on him. He had heard me saying I was having a terrible day and wanted to make my day with free coffee. It was so sweet & unexpected!“
