I try my best to refrain from leaving 1 star/negative reviews but I absolutely loathe this particular location. I have given them multiple chances and it’s a negative experience every time. Not even my worst experience today just the final.The last two times I went in, I stand at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting to be greeted as my pizza is just sitting in the warming oven. Today, I waited for 8 minutes. I tried to get their attention, one had headphones in and the other I assume was making pizzas- I couldn’t see him but I heard him speaking which is why I’m confused that he didn’t hear me when I said “hello?”. I ended up walking out without ever receiving my order. I shouldn’t have went back after I was served borderline raw pizza but it’s convenient as it’s 5 mins from my home so I figured I would give it another chance.From now on I will make the drive to the Romeo location which never disappoints.

Horrible delivery service, ordered pizza for delivery was told 30 mins for delivery, an hr into after i placed the order the pizza is nowhere to be found, after multiple attempts to reach the store which i barely got through to them they tell me there was an issue with your order the driver thought you are paying cash? Like what i payed with my card through the phone with them so anyways they told me the pizza hasn’t left the store yet are you kidding me? What horrible service this is not one phone call did i get to tell me whats going on unacceptable i cancelled my order and will never call this place again as they left my guests hungry for the night, thank you howies.

Try to place my order and talked to two people telling them I had a free medium one topping coupon. Drive all the way there for the manager to tell me that the owner doesn’t accept it. Thanks for wasting my time! Keep it, not paying for it and won’t be back!

We ordered Howies Thursday night. We got a pizza which they messed up, some wings and a sub. When I tell you I was bed ridden Friday I’m not exaggerating. I’ve probably used the bathroom 20 times in the last few days. Something was contaminated and we will never order from here again.

ordered 5 Pizzas and a salad at around noon and paid in advance for Delivery at 6:30 pm for birthday party! Liza said they would be fresh and delivered on time! at 6:45 pm no pizzas so called to check, put on hold no response for 20 min so called again, put on hold again! finally piazzas delivered around 7:15 in crushed and soggy cardboard boxes. pizzas, just okay, not usual quality! Driver spoke broken English and said they had busy night! very bad excuse when I paid in advance for delivery! totally pissed! very bad service especially when left on call hold and no reasonable response!
