Fast service, but messed up order. Me nor wife can finish the meal… peppered steak was soggy and bland but the best part of it. I got some chicken thing, smelled bad and taste bad, fried rice was plain oiled up rice (was supposed to get Mongolian beef) she repeated order correctly ….. included egg rolls had no egg just a bunch of bamboo chutes!? Best in Shelby… omg ? never again ?

My favorite Chinese restaurant. Always a good experience coming here. However, recently they changed ownership I think and no longer offer the rolls with lunch. They charge you for them. But other than that, I do love this place. Great food and friendly staff.

The egg roll could only be described as shoe leather. The rice was dry and overcooked; as well, the fried shrimp. For sweet and sour sauce, the waitress said to use the plum sauce on the table. Sweet and sour shrimp was served with brown rice and fried shrimp and nothing else. This is the worst Chinese food that I have ever seen. Do not recommend

Has become our families, main Chinese carry out source. Prices are always reasonable, they've never screwed up an order, portions are generous, food is always ready quickly and, most importantly, it tastes great. Never done dine in but, they've recently completed a renovation and the place looks great. We typically get sesame chicken. One of my pet peeves is when fried items get soggy from the steam in the box on the dive home. THis has been an issue with other local options. Never had that problem here. The sesame chicken is always outstanding. They are magicians with the fried dishes. Will likely be back soon

We have tried several Chinese restaurants in the area and this is our favorite, hands down. Food is great, orders are accurate, and the staff is kind and efficient. I always get carryout but hope to dine in soon now that it is an option again.

It was my first time trying the food here. Very friendly as soon as you walk in - food was ready in 10 minutes and the workers are so so friendly!! Will definitely be back!Food was also amazing!

me and my wife got almond chicken at this place brought it home and it was so greasy that we could not eat it whatsoever call the owner and ask him to replace it he got angry and said it's not greasy people eat this all the time we sell thousands of them per month well I can't eat grease it gives me a stomach ache I've never seen chicken so greasy in my life this is no way to treat your customers it doesn't cost them that much to replace it. he told me never to come back I live here in the neighborhood I will not be putting in a good word for these guys. maybe you should change your fryer oil once in awhile I've worked in restaurants for over 35 years so I can say I know what greasy food looks like. and when you taste fryer oil it's not very pleasant sorry I'll never complain again about this place because I'll never go there again

Ordered takeout around 6pm on January 8th. Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, & Egg Rolls.KTCS has always been good, but today was absolute perfection and deserved some acknowledgement. I’m not sure if they’re doing something different, but the Sesame Chicken was filled to the brim with perfect large chunks, evenly covered with a nice crispy golden breading. The chicken Fried Rice was generously portioned with protein and not too dry. Buns were still steaming hot by the time I got home.Great job on all of it
