The yogurt was very delicious, I love all the choices, however the employee didn't care to be there. She was on her cell phone and very impatient. Acted like we were inconveniencing her . I was in line behind a dad and his son and as soon as they checked out she left the register with her phone and went to the back. Didn't come back for a few more minutes and when she did she was irritated. Tables were dirty too.

I haven't been to a frozen yogurt place in so many years, but I was craving it for some reason. I went to Menchies and enjoyed my experience. The flavors are really tasty. I particularly enjoyed the peanut butter, and the dairy free birthday cake. I also got vanilla and chocolate as well. I will say that I felt like seven dollars for my cup was a little bit steep. Currently, the price is $.74 per ounce.

They got rid of their original tart at my location!! Their prices are too high for me to justify paying for any other flavor! BIG MISTAKE GUYS!! HUGE! ????

Get your Froyo here! Frozen yogurt is tasty and so many flavors ! They have a rewards program on their app and you can receive get five dollar birthday rewards.Just pick up a cup- fill it with your favorite froyo and all the yummy toppings! You get it weighed and pay.

Been going to this store for so long, but unfortunately last visit was horrible. An old lady believe is the manager, what a terrible attitude. Found a bug in the strawberries that I was about to pure in my ice cream cup, manager was aware but was too careless. If the manager wasn’t so rude and actually acknowledged what was wrong and took care of the customer I would actually go back there but unfortunately Never going here again due to the horrible attitude I received from the old lady, wish if I got her name because I will be going cooperate office and I definitely do not recommend.
Going to menchies for 10 years, went in last night & was very disappointed. The waffle chips were stale & old, nuts were stale, had a couple of bits & through it out. Had a upset stomach all night, never had problem before, I’m assuming maybe new owners. It was extremely hot inside. Place had a bad odor. I left instead of eating inside…lost a customer!!!

The shop is perfect. Clean. Safe. Incredible toppings.Labeled well. Ice cream, or yogurt choices. Fat, and fat-free, or sugar-free choices of toppings. You can sit inside-in the air conditioning, in the warmer months, or it's the perfect spot to sit- outside, at a table, and people watch, or check out cool cars, on Hall Rd.!Just a side-note. No one has ever been rude to me there, but I guess I expect the girl's, or guys, who work there- to have a "super-bubbly" personality.It's supposed to be a fun for all kids, of ALL ages. Including me, a grandma! They are just, very, laid-back. As I said, just a side-note/suggestion.Bubbly is better.
