The food is always good, however, it has come to our attention that the owner is cheating the servers out of tips. Let me explain. If you pay with cash it is stated that you get a 3% discount. If paying with credit card, which most people do, then the bill stays the same. Sounds okay, right? It is not! What isn't told to the customers is the 3% that is being charged by the credit card company is now taken out of the tip to the server. The owner isn't paying that, the server is!!! As if the owner can't afford it?! He owns the whole complex plus other businesses in the area.

Good food. Most times the servers have been 'genuinely' friendly and attentive to service. There are a few exceptions though. Prices have always been a bit high in my opinion.
For a local mom/pop breakfast place, this place is five stars. The food is amazing, specially the apple pancake (super soft). The server was super nice and the place is clean.

Wow. Not good. I certainly understand how difficult it is to find good, reliable employees. I also understand price increases. But, this place has gone downhill in service and quality. The server literally tossed the plates at us. She then brought back a side of sausage and again tossed the plate to the point where all the links flew off of the plate. I had corned beef hash that looked and tasted very nasty. When you are paying 20 dollars a person for breakfast (when including tip), I would certainly expect better quality. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled as this was such a miserable experience as it relates to service AND quality of food. Not a place to go to anymore. I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever!!! Don't waste your time or money...The food here is just terrible. The service was worse.

My husband and I came here bc of the good reviews. We were sadly disappointed. Our server was wonderful. The other waitresses were kind as well. However, our food was not great. The hollandaise sauce was likely made from a packet mix. Not much flavor and not silky smooth like we had hoped. The potato pancakes were so bitter. Like old oil. While we were eating, we saw the chef/cook pick up a stack of pancakes, 2 different times for 2 different meals, with his hands to restack them. That's kind of gross. Really disappointed ?
