Their matcha tastes like cardboard but everything else is pretty good. Just wish a place that's advertised as a tea shop knew how to properly make matcha.

Very rude, poor management. I have been a customer for years and was treated like garbage when the owner decided to put an unqualified, unprofessional person in a position of authority. The owner promised to get back to me after handling the situation and he never did. When loyal customers are treated with no regard, that says a lot about a place and the people running it. Extremely disappointing after spending thousands at Sweetwaters over the years.

Don't waste your money or time, food is not so good the atmosphere is horrible not comfortable at all like other coffee shops I've been to. People are nice/ cashier/ worker'
This was my first visit. I was running errands and needed a delicious drink.I got a mocha to go. I'll go back again.Staff was helpful and friendly.
