Just did a carry out of four donuts. Two out of four were stale. They need to have a day old sale option.Just received from T.H. a reply that said they bake their donuts fresh daily. Suggest they try their sour cream plain and see if they still stand by their reply. I was a baker years ago and am well qualified to distinguish fresh from stale.

Wow, just stopping through on my way to the airport to catch my flight back home and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my service at this establishment! I ordered 5 Nutella croissants from a delightful young gentleman named Savio, and I didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes for my order to be completed. Absolutely exceptional customer service, I felt very welcomed to dine-in, the store was in immaculate condition with a very comfortable booth. Lana came in to check on my order while I was dining, and I did not expect that from Tim Hortons but I sure did appreciate it! Whenever I come back to Detroit, I will make sure I book a hotel near this Tim Hortons because I don't think any other donut shop will be able to compete with its friendliness and ability to take care of the customer. Very good Christian breakfast.

Employees weren’t so welcoming, they looked miserable, no greeting just looked annoyed of us. The food was disgusting cold food, soup was tasteless like cold water. The steak panini had a sour taste and the steak was old and cold same with the chicken it was horrible and cold no flavor. Food was not worth what I spent. So disappointing I will never return!!

There is a young man claimed that he was 21 and a mustache and a beard shame Shalam. He grabbed my sandwich and threw it, and I was kind of disappointed so I was worried about eating it, and he gave me my money back, but he was super rude Shouldn’t be in the service

THE WORST Tim Hortons restaurant I keep going back today I had the rudest employee talk back to me and argue with me that they can not steam my cream or froth it because it will ruin the machine and non hygienic? Every other Tim Hortons DOES NOT have an issue to do this, one of the many Tim Hortons i stop at frequently told me about steaming or frothing. I keep going back to give them another chance today I am done! I have never been talked to like that in my entire life and no one should be! Ever since this location opened up the employees are rude non helpful they make you feel you are putting them out.
