Calamari and muscles were perfect starters. Highly recommend the bourbon sour, martinis with the blue stuffed olives, the pineapple vodka and the the espresso martinis. Entrees: Sausage Rigatoni was a 10/10 Diablo Shrimp was great, and the truffle steak linguine were outstanding. Highly recommend for any night out. Awesome bar and ambiance.

Excellent food, sausage soup, French onion soup, salad (wife) and "Fan Fav" meatloaf. Service was prompt even if understaffed. Dining room was great. The tap was all IPA so I had Stella from a bottle. We will be back.

The food here is EXCELLENT! Our appetizer and dinners were delicious. My wife and started with the brie and onion jam bruschetta, then she had the coriander encrusted tuna and while I had the sous vide pork shank. Too bad we can only give 5 stars on the Facebook review, definitely needs a 10 star option! Our waiter was attentive and informative, his suggestions hit the spot! The manager/possibly owner?…was also nice, stopping to check on us during our meal and thanking us at the end of the night. We will be back with friends in tow soon!

Bartender good, steak over cooked. The meatloaf is a child portion. Never again!

Delicious dinner, I had the shrimp, my husband had the meatloaf; our server, Joe, was fantastic; cocktails were superb; ambience was very enjoyable. The owner was on deck, letting us know out food was coming around soon. A first rate experience, definitely a place to go for date night!

This was not my 1st visit but definitely was my last after my experience last night. Where we were seated I could see into the kitchen and the prep cook working. I noticed that he was eating while working at his station. He touched his nose and wiped his mouth with his hands then plated food several times. At that point I told the waiter we needed our bill for what we already drank & ate. They talked to the kitchen staff and compted our drinks/appetizer. But, at no point did I see them remake any meals that the prep cook was eating from or did I see him leave his station to wash his hands. It’s really too bad I witnessed this because I enjoy supporting local businesses with good food and drinks.

My husband and I visited Vast Restaurant and Bar on a Friday evening around 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that no one was in the restaurant. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server recommended many cocktails and items from the menu. Ultimately, we decided to start with the Brie and Onion Jam Bruschetta. My husband ordered the halibut and I ordered the pork shank. We also enjoyed a few cocktails. The Brie and Onion Jam Bruschetta was delicious. The soft brie was layered on a crispy, toasted slice of bread. A balsamic onion jam was on top of a bed of arugula. The bruschetta was topped with bacon. We both enjoyed the Brie and Onion Jam Bruschetta. The halibut was served with a vegetable risotto and asparagus. Having never tried halibut before, we weren't sure what to expect but were delighted with what we received. The halibut had a very strong fishy smell but tasted great. The pork shank was served over mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The pork was very tender and fell apart with a fork. While delicious, the meal was very heavy and I was unable to finish even half of it. Both entrees were served with soup or salad and we both chose salad. Overall, we enjoyed our experience very much. We will likely return one day in the future and recommend giving Vast a try.
