“My Mom loves coming to this local hole in the wall. The food is decent and the prices are great. Last time we were here the place was really busy because they had $1 drafts.”
“We visited Loafer's Glory for our 6th wedding anniversary. The menu is light but diversified and very tasty. The owners are vested in your comfort and satisfaction. The atmosphere is low-key, charming and even romantic. And plenty of shopping opportunities.”
“I wish more jobs were closer to this spot. They have the best cheesiest Subs! And a surprise gourmet chocolate section that will have you geeking out call and asking if they got any more chocolate covered freeze dried cherries.”
“Very hipster vibes, so cute and cozy. Very good pastry’s. A little pricey but high quality. I got an iced matcha lemonade with strawberry and it was very good.”
“Personally, I enjoyed the place better before they got bought, but the new atmosphere brought upon them had some upsides. They have many new specials and they keep them new and changing. Now for my complaints, the paper straws are dingy and were recently proven to not be good for the environment and the creme de menth shake tastes like Colgate. I believe 4/5 is justifiable.”
“We stopped by on St. Patrick's Day. It was very busy but the owners and staff were very accommodating making room and welcoming everyone! The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was great!”
“Nice place, friendly service, and the burger I ordered was delicious! One of the best in the area. I enjoyed my peanut butter shake as well. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger and sweet potato fries. Plan on returning many times to come!”
“Unique Vegetarian and Vegan, donation based fair exchange community cafe!! I love everything about this place, except they aren't open enough hours. It's primarily for lunch. Food is delicious, fresh, homemade vibe with lots of fresh veggies, salads, sandwiches, soups and baked good treats. They have a menu with very inexpensive prices, but you can pay what you want, more of less. My tomato sandwich was listed at $4 including chips. My broccoli salad and potato salad were each $3. And the portions are large.”
“My family really enjoyed our food and ice cream today! It was my first time here, the polish dog with kapusta was amazing! The kapusta itself was absolutely amazing! Staff was very friendly. We will be back next time we're in Lakeview! Thank you!”
“I absolutely love this place! So friendly, and they have a lot of options! I've lived about a mile away from this place ever since I was born, and they continue to make me happy ??. I just got the malted milk shake, and oh boy, is it good! I can't help but remember a few birthdays here with delicious ice cream and perfect weather every time, lol. Thank you, guys!”
“This little place may not look like much, but the food is wonderful! The atmosphere reminded me of a local town hall, not fancy, but very welcoming. There appeared to be an area for kids to play, so it seems very family friendly. They are best known by the locals for their breakfast, which comes in large portions at very reasonable prices. They have wonderful hommade bread and the burger was great. The fries were a bit undercooked, but that was my fault since I appeared to be the only one ordering a burger at brunch. There appeared to be only 1 waiter, so things took a while, but she was doing a wonderful job considering there were several large groups. Overall, I would say it is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.”
“Excellent food and lots of great selections to choose from. Cozy, comfortable atmosphere and great service. View of Tamarack Lake from back window. Love the hot roast beef sandwich and for breakfast recommend blueberry pancakes and/or Spanish omelette, among other delicious options!”
“The food is great! The chicken is so flavorful in the pitas, the appetizer crab Rangoon chips is excellent and creative. The golf course is pretty to look at too and a great dining room area for parties/events.”
“This place is a freaking hoot! I've been there a half a dozen times now because my friends drag me out to watch them do karaoke even though I don't like it. Well okay I've grown to like it but I won't do it. Nonetheless this is the cheapest place in Central Michigan to have a night out in the rural Backwoods of mid-Michigan. Hands down best prices on drinks. Be careful though when it comes time to leave, I've seen officer sitting there waiting for people more often than not.”
“We were in Lakeview for my wife's tutoring for school. We needed a quick bite to eat and Googled the neighborhood, and you showed up first. We went and enjoyed.”
“The food is so good and this is a must stop in the town of Stanton. If anyone is going to Anderson & girls orchard /petting farm.. by all means, come here to eat !!”
“I went for Easter the food and the service was great, The only issue was that it was very loud, couple of the groups in there seemed to not have any volume control they each progressively keep talking louder and louder.”
“awesome people and amazing food and amazing customer service. driving through town and pizza sounded good. Stopped in and they took the extra step to make a Passover friendly option for my daughte. Thank you!!”
“I don't live near Lakeview but anytime I am in the area I stop and get a chicken bacon ranch toasted sub and it is always delicious. Hot and fresh with a very good price. Wish I had one of those restaurants in my area.”
“We get our lunch here every now and then and it's always great. I would recommend their sesame chicken and their general tsos. Service is great and friendly. Always solid”
“Why was this place so empty!?!Real, fresh food cooked to order in a culinary wasteland and it there wasn't a soul to be seen. Shameful. Simple but well done and clean. Not one complaint, I'll be going back ”
“We love the variety of food you can get at B.C. we always stop when we are out and about for sure. I always get a salad first, then cheese bread, with pizza to follow. We will stop again.”
“Very good food at reasonable prices. The burgers are handmade and not commercially produced. The homemade chips are really good as were the fries. Not greasy at all.”
“The Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese was excellent. The McDouble was a greasy and soggy mess. My hands were covered in grease, just trying to get it out of the wrapper because the rapper was covered in grease. The french fries were so so. They were nice and hot and had just the right amount of salt, however, they weren't very crisp. They seemed like they had been sitting for a while after being fried. The young woman who took our order was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and professional.”
“Like steakhouses used to be and should be. Huge steaks, real ingredients and they even give you more than enough dressing for your salad without having to ask for more. I had the Wrangler 12oz ribeye medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were redskins that reminded me of my aunts from my childhood, amazing. Prices were average and the service was on point. Great first time visit and I will be returning asap.”
“The lady behind the counter actually come out and showed me how to pump gas again ! She was a life saver! I was so ashamed to ask, but she made me feel comfortable!”
“Jenny helped me out today and she's a Rockstar so nice and friendly happy demeanor genuinely pleasant to interact with her today. Only good experiance I've had at a mcdonalds in months!!! Thanks Jenny at lakeview keep up the good work.”
“It's not bad for a small town restaurant after the update years ago. Whenever we come back to see family, it's one of the few places we really enjoy to meet up in town. Food didn't necessarily "wow" me but the service was nice and food was pretty good.”

“I drive between Mt. Pleasant and Grand Rapids often and have a hard time not stopping for a frosty delicious treat. My only negative comment is that they use liquid cheese product on their chili cheese dogs and not real shredded cheese.”
