Had orderes two beef 'n' cheddar sandwiches with 3 apple turnovers this afternoon. Food was extremely cold and unappealing and when I inquired about getting my order remade I was told I would have to get back in the line. I was on my way to work and really hungry so I was unable to get back in the drive-through. Yet I was already there for about 23 minutes just ordering and getting my food. This needs Tobe fixed because it's bad customer service seriously

I placed my online order at 7:00 pm. I get up there and the lobby is closed so I have to go through the drive thru. I didn’t get to the window to get my food til 7:40. Before I got the food I told her I was waiting a long time, is the food still fresh or hot.. she said “that depends on your liking” I said “huh?” She said “THAT DEPENDS ON YOUR LIKING” I’m like ok lemme get the food. I open it and feel it and it’s hard and cold asffff so I told her and she said ”well get a refund” and slams the window in my face. I stayed there cause ain’t no way? she came back and said I’m holding the line up so I said “are you gonna make my food fresh?” She said I’d have to go back in that line and wait alllll over again” I’m like but I already paid and you have my order.. so she said “you only have two options, take this food or refund” I said okay no problem I’ll just get a refund she said “DO IT THROUGH THE APP BYE” and slammed it again. Mind you I didn’t cuss at her or disrespect her. All I said was I’m not paying $30 for cold food that I just waited 40 mins for lmao. I have it recorded as well. And no They didn’t give me the food or money back.

The absolute slowest driver thru I have ever witnessed in my life. Every time I think I may want to go to this Arby's, the wait in line changes my mind. I made a pickup order and the food was done on time but the in-store customer service girl had an attitude. Not really sure how this location stays in business.

12/2023 update. My grand baby wanted nuggets, fries and a cookie. The nuggets were too hard for her and the cookie was microwave burned. I forgot they microwave everything!!!!I had a whole conversation about if they microwave anything I ordered today we don't want it. THEY LIED3 weeks ago, I gave Arby's another try.I had a not so great experience 1 year ago, Tis location. UNFORTUNATELY, I order the Greek gyro I normally love at any Arby's locations. AGAIN, this location let me down. The gyro meat was crispy crunchy like bacon THEY USED THE MICROWAVE FOR TH GYRO AND COOKED TOO HARD. It's this location dropping the ball. Even out of state I never have issues. The curly fries and salted caramel cookies were very good!Prime rib cheesesteak was horrible loads of sauce and cheese and barely meat. Curley fries were okay.
