Overcharged the person in front of me and forgot the LOX on my bagel.Not to mention the cost was very high for one bagel $3.50 with 3 oz. Of cream cheese. I will not be patronizing them again.

Shocked this place is still in business because the point you would think would be take home bagels but they will be rock hard the next day because there just sitting in open air the whole. Could be much better. But it's not. Lazy, cheap.

Update: I was almost immediately contacted by owner who apologized for mistake and offered a free dozen as an apology. Not only does this business have the best bagels but the owner provides excellent personalized service. I have changed my rating to 5-stars.____________________________I love these bagels. I ordered 2 dozen plus the bonus two for today. I picked up my order at 1 pm and never thought to count them. Now at 4:30, I am cutting them prior to my family’s arrival to break the fast. There are only 20 in my bag! I am missing 6!! I tried to call but no one answers as they close at 3 pm. I have preordered for years and never had a problem before. I am extremely disappointed, as will be my 15 guests.

Great bagels. Service is lacking but that’s ok and understandable most times. Store itself is old and beyond dirty. The owners just don’t care any more. The fridge for the cream cheese is moldy and dirty. Floor is disgusting. With some care they could easily turn things around to be a great store again.

This place is disgusting, Food is not properly stored, and prep is not sanitary. Our bagels were shoved in the bag with crumpled deli paper. The bag was ripped, with pb & j all over the bag from making our order, and bugs were crawling on it! The woman working had a horrible attitude like we were inconveniencing her. Again, the food prep station was not sanitary in any way. You can tell that nobody cleans. 0/10

NASTY!! I'm sorry but "everything" is common "seasoning"at this point. If you're mixing it up obviously your right to do so but you should make it know to patrons . Oats, poppy seeds, fennel, and sesame seed is a nasty combination to begin with not to mention when you're expecting a delicious savory flavorful garlicy and salty bite and you get a blad mouthful of sawdust mixed with a black licorice aftertaste, it kinda make you throw up your mouth a little bit. Not the desired effect of breakfast treat.

My family have purchased bagels here for over 30 years. Bagels taste a bit off and the customer services is declining. What happened to the older Black woman and the young woman with locs that worked the register? Bring them back.

I'm picky about my bagels. Don't talk to me about the monstrous rolls from chain coffee shops. I prefer small chewy bagels with a nice crust. The bagels here are a-okay. Various flavors are sorted into wire baskets, including Asiago, Parmesan, sesame, plain, and salt. Individual and family-sized containers of cream cheese, in several flavors, are also available.I had the jalapeno cheddar that was flavorful and lovely. The Parmesan one was good, as well.Service is quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Ah oh something has changed! Everything was 95% sesame seeds on white bread bagels. Onion just as bad. The worst i have every had! I hope they figure it out, for now i have go someplace else.
