I definitely had a good experience at this location. I usually go to the one in Royal Oak, but I just so happen to be in the Southfield location where they have a Benito's there. The pizza at this location didn't disappoint always fresh with good customer service, but the only difference is they actually brought out the pizza for me which is a plus, so thank you again Tracey for bring that pizza out for me! If there's a woman named Tracey you're golden with the positivity when you're about to order.

Food was excellent and the staff was so friendly! My friend and I aren't from the area but we both love pizza so we wanted to try a more local place. I'm so glad we did. The food was reasonably priced and you get a lot for what you pay for. The Benito Bread was absolutely delicious. My friend had a Hawaiian pizza that she said was so good, and the pasta I had was delicious. Great food and for the price the portions were perfect. On top of all of that, the staff at the restaurant when we picked up our food were all so friendly and were excited that people from out of town were there. I would absolutely recommend Benito's and if I'm ever in the Detroit area again I know where to get good pizza!

My order was vegetarian sub oven baked French fried and a small Greek salad it was excellent.I enjoyed my order. In addition, I would highly recommend Benito's pizza to all my veggie friends.

Unfortunately this isn't the Benito's I'm used to. This was my first time at this location and the pizza sauce and cheese was not the same as other locations. The pizza crust was also very hard and not edible. The owner was nice, but not sure why the flavor was so off. Wings were fine, but won't come to this location again. The Troy location is top notch!

The best slices are offered here.. not only square.. friendly people work here, and as we all know, everywhere is short staffed.. considering that, I was served ASAP :-)

Let me just say I'm glad I didn't read any of the other reviews! If I had, I would have missed out on some pretty good pizza. I ordered the personal w/5 toppings and it was delish! Crispy crust on the bottom and lots of cheese and toppings to bite into. It seems most if the bad reviews are for service...maybe they've had some personnel changes because I had no issues. I ordered online and specified a pickup time. Everything was ready as scheduled. The lady working was pleasant. Good food and good service in my experience

Food was okay. Make sure you bring in your driver's license for online orders. Had to double back in the rain because someone who knows me might try and steal my paid pizza using my name, lol.

I stopped in this location a few weeks ago and the staff was friendly, however, to refuse a paying customer use of the restroom is not good customer service. When I inquired about the restroom, the young lady referred me to the business next door. I am not patronizing the business next door; I am patronizing Benitos. During a pandemic, I cannot even use the restroom and wash my hands. Before COVID becomes an excuse, it should be noted that no employees were wearing masks. Too bad the experience was not better.

POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE Benito needs to hire a cashier with some hospitality. FIRST AND LAST TIME THERE.
