I decided to "Uber eats" a deal that was offered for buy one get one wrap for free. It's a deal I've taken twice before although I'm not entirely sure which location. The amount of meat in both wraps was abysmal and I'll never order from there again. The wraps were made and cut them there was meat sprinkled on top of the cuts. Not made into the wrap. Whomever is doing this should be FIRED or whomever gave those instructions should resign. Basically a lettuce wrap with chicken garnish.

I placed an order for two smoothies to be picked up at the same time. I received the first one five minutes after it was set to be ready at and I have now been waiting for over 20 minutes for the second one. I had to let them know so they can start making it. This is so ridiculous.

Trying to do the right thing after our workout, my friend and I stopped here for a salad. What a great choice! They have a build your own salad option that is amazing - choose your greens (romaine, spinach and/or kale), a protein, and 5 toppings from a number of options. I chose cheese, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. The result was an amazing salad. The staff was friendly. I think most people choose the carryout option, but there is seating if you'd like to eat I, which we did. If I had to describe the decor in two words, I'd choose minimal (limited seating) and industrial (concrete floors). We'll definitely be back to try the juices and smoothies. And of course, for the salad

I come here every other day and I notice they give you less and less in the açaí bowl . I mentioned it to them and they said the high schoolers might not know they changed portions on how much fruit to add. For $12 I want my bowl full to the top! Not to mention the base at the bottom is always hard now so you have to wait 10 minutes until it thaw out. Well I decided to try tropical smoothie and not only was the bowl full the vase was soft so I could eat it right away and it's about a dollar cheaper. Beyond do better and

The food is good. Depending on the day staff is hit or miss. You may get your order quickly or like me waiting 20 minutes in an empty store for someone to make two wraps.I don’t fully blame them — their so called manager Mario switches it up. He called me after negative feedback and was nice and his words he would “do something” or whatever I wanted just to let him know the next time I placed an order. I wasn’t looking for any freebies but this was nice.Today 11/30 I did just that. When he picked up the phone he completely flipped the script. He said “did I really say that?” Where the hell else would I get it from? ? so after a little back and forth I just said forget it I’ll pay for my own food and hung up. I’ll never go back.They need to clean house with this entire location beginning with management. This used to be a really nice place to go in a hurry but being conscious of what you’re eating. It’s a shame.

This is possibly the worst Beyond Juicery I’ve been to. The customer service is always horrible. It makes you feel a way. You never know what ppl are you through but the employees here makes it worse. It’s the holiday season and my spirit was almost snatched from me. I spoke and they ignored us. My fiancé even had to ask the employee was she ok. It’s a whole circle of us who go to Beyond Juicery. We all scratched this one off of our list.

Way too expensive for what I got. Kale should always be massaged with olive oil for digestive purposes and simply to soften it and make it more palatable. I ordered a kale beet salad that was missing the quinoa it was meant to be served with. For the amount of the bowl it should come as advertised. I am extremely disappointed with what I got. Truly not as fresh as at looked online.
Got peanut butter mocha. I was recommended this as my go-to is the Columbian. However I did not like the taste too much. I think I prefer the yogurty taste of the columbian plus the kick of the coffee rather than the addition of peanut butter and oats. However service was quick and staff were friendly and I did not want to return it because there was nothing wrong with the drink itself, just not my favorite. Maybe will stick with my usual Columbian next time.

winning on September 20th in Southfield on evergreen road the young lady that took care of me had the worst attitude towards the customers I've ever seen in there. didn't get her name but she was a somewhat heavy set girl with a large afro puff. if you go to this juicery and she's there, ask for another server.

Many smoothies and juices to choose from. I loved the Peanut Butter Mocha smoothie. All flavors I like: coffee, peanut butter, banana, mocha latte, oats, and almond milk. If you're hungry, they offer wraps and salads.There are also juices and coffees to go in the refrigerator. Clean and bright atmosphere. Fun decor. Fast service.Easy parking in the strip mall.

Beyond slow. Ordered one smoothie on app and waited and waited and waited. Does not seem organized. After 30 minutes I approached the counter and asked about my order to which the lady handed me my smoothie and said she didn't have a ticket even though there was a pick up receipt waiting on the pick up shelf with my name and order on it. No apologies or anything.

I came in to get fresh orange juice, but I cannot believe the two younger girl were so busy talking and messing around with the orange juice squeezer and it took more than 30 minutes just to get a cup of juice. And when I asked for light ice, they made the cup more than halfway with ice so that it could’ve been filled to the top. I just cannot believe how long they made me wait while they stood and talk and giggle around.
