Great food but online orders are always late. We’ve ordered around on at least 5 different occasion as now, between the times 12-6, and every time we have to wait 15-45 minutes past the scheduled time for pickup for the food to be done.

There were 7 employees and only 1 was taking orders, making the orders, ringing them up. The rest were standing around laughing and gossiping. The food was good but I waited entirely too long when the store wasn’t even busy at all. Crazy.

I went yesterday on a Saturday night it was very busy but each and everyone of their staff was hard at work and had a positive attitude towards each customer.They running out of ingredients but I would say that’s because of how many people were there.Gratefully they had more and replaced them.When it was finally my turn they took their time and my pizza came out amazing.

I went there today around 1p.m. there were two girls that were making pizza's. They didn't say hi or acknowledge me. I was standing there and they were continue to talk to each other. I finally said is this where you order? She said yes and kept working. i left. How rude. I understand people are hard up for employees but those two gotta go.

first time at Blaze. cool concept. like a chipotle or subway but for pizza. pretty good. not great , but pretty good. ice cold mexican coke was a plus.

First time I tried this place. Custom made the pizza with mushrooms, white sauce, garlic, and Itallian sausage. It was surprisingly good. Very pleased. Cool place!!

Drove 30 minutes. They closed earlier than the time states on google. Can't order from the royal oak location as a walk in 30 minutes before they close.I love the food, not the service.

The food was good but the staff was really disorganized and didn't seem to know what they were doing. We came with a group of four. Of the orders, only one came out correct and in a timely manner. One ripped in the oven, and the put the replacement in after everyone else's orders behind ours, two went in together, and the fourth went in after the rest as well. We ended up waiting from start to finish for almost a half an hour, while everyone who came in behind us was in and out in ten minutes. We won't be going back.
DELICIOUS Pizza, poor service. The workers are so so excellent, they are always kind.The problem is, last time I was here they threw out my pizza before I arrived so they had to remake it and this time, as I'm sitting here, they dropped my pizza and had to remake it again.Every time I order, there is something preventing me from getting my food. Best pizza around but I can't keep dealing with this, it's maddening.

Almost all the employees have their masks below their nose. But they have a sign outside the door which says those who do not have masks are not allowed. Hypocrisy at it's best. This is the one on telegraph road. If the restaurant owner sees this review please consider mandating wearing the masks above the nose for the employees. We love blaze pizza and do not want to to stop coming there.
