Recently placed a large order for an event 2 weeks ahead. The employee who took our order was extremely efficient and friendly. The delivery was great and on time. The food was packaged neatly and tasted FANTANSTIC! We ordered several pizzas, chicken tenders, and tray of friends. Everything was perfect.

So I ordered a 1LB rib tip from happys yesterday. The rib tips were burnt all of them and it was a burnt piece of paper in the box as well. I had to throw the rib tips out because I could not eat them. Worst experience I have ever had at the happys franchise.... Will not be ordering from them again. A waste of my hard earned money.

Terrible. I ordered a delivery. Never got it then when I called got an attitude about there not delivering today cause of no driver. Then lied to me about trying to call me several. And now half tobwait 5 to 7 days to get my money back. Didn't even ask if wanted to get it just no food. This is a very poor way to do business

Order is not always made correctly, but they do try. I have never felt like I was a burden if it was made wrong. It is a good option for dairy free diet.

Terrible. I ordered a delivery called a hour and half later to see what's happening and she told me they weren't delivered it cause of no driver then told me they called server times which they didn't. They didn't even ask me which order so they just lied to me. That's so wrong.

The owners name is Happy, the pizza does not make you happy. The cross with Jesus on it in plain view of customers seems over the top too.

Thank you for the excellent service! Shout out to Jovian (hope I spelled it right) who made this happen! We ordered a last minute large catering order and they made it work and our group was very happy with the food!

Don’t waste your time coming to this location!!!The manager Bailey was INCREDIBLY rude to me and my family, had an attitude when we were trying to use the store credit we were promised, and hung up on us.We bought an order on 5/4/23 that included lemon pepper wings, however the wings were too salty and we were unable to eat them. We called the restaurant the same day and spoke to a lady that worked there, she informed us that we could receive a store credit that could be used at a later date.Today (5/5/23) we called to place an order to receive a different flavor of wings and we were going to use the store credit that we were promised, however we spoke to the manager Bailey who told us that there was no record of us having a store credit. He was irate, didn’t listen to us when we were trying to explain the situation, said “the best he could offer us was 25% off our next order” and even hung up on us.I have never experienced such terrible customer service, all that me and my family wanted was to use the store credit we were promised due to the poor quality of the food that we received. I will never go back to this location and I advise others do the same.

I got the rib tips with my order a s they were so dry :( like i could not tell what parts were bone or meat. The fries were good and the slices of cake, everything else as average. Also i would order the cake in store cuz some of them were like 1/4 the size of others.
Canned mushrooms ? stopped a higher food grade.
