12/20/23 my wife ordered a pizza from the Southfield store on Southfield Road. We paid for the pizza over the phone but when the pizza was delivered, there was a miscommunication with how we had paid. Called the store to figure out what went wrong and the manager at this time was one of the most disrespectful individuals over a simple misunderstanding on jets behalf. I heard this conversation over the phone not only was he disrespectful to my wife, but he was also disrespectful to his employee delivering the pizza. I did go to the store in anger as anyone would after hearing their wife verbally disrespected over the phone. Someone in management needs to learn that employees and customers run the business and having a disrespectful demeanor towards employees and customers is a recipe for disaster

Unless you are a regular at this particular Jets pizze, you mean nothing to them. Ordered $70 of food, took over 45 mins, and they still couldn't get it right. Don't you dare ask for side of ranch, but as a regular, they hand them out like napkins .

The pizza is too expensive for what you get. One pizza doesn't feed a family of four forcing you to purchase 2 and at aridiculous price. The quality of the pizza doesn't match the prize.
