I attempted to order, however, I was informed that "we're open, but we're not taking orders right now". I asked why, and was told that the only person who "knew how to make the sandwiches is on break." He pointed to the patio area, to a person who looked to be smoking a pre-rolled cone of Marijuana. I was taken aback. I explained that this was unacceptable and left. I ate at the Thai place next door and watched them turn away customer after customer.

I eat Jimmy John’s 2-3 times a week. I refuse to come back to this location. The employees are so rude they will not even acknowledge your presence or respond to questions.Food orders are always wrong, floors are surfaces always dirty. Management is not good here.

Messed up order and sandwich was wrapped with the ingredients completely fallen out. The outside of wrapper was covered in sauce. Overheard them saying that they needed to remake sandwiches for another order. I'd take my credit card tip back if I could.

This is an awful place. Shut it down. I came in and ordered a sandwich lettuce wrap and was told they only have enough lettuce for two. The thing is I came close to when they opened. They did a piss poor job — didn’t offer anything else. Rude and useless. Look at how it was wrapped too. I then asked for sauce on the side on one — and the lettuce was dripping wet and still had mayo all over it.

I went inside and order my food and when they gave it to me they gave it to me as is I asked them can they put in a bag they looked at me like I'm crazy and told me self-serve put it in the bag yourself it is self-serve and still look at me like I'm crazy I was nice and I was polite but the way they looked at me and the tone of voice I did not appreciate it...

Used delivery app and waited for delivery. App showed out for delivery and waited forty minutes to let them know nothing was delivered and told i was not delivery... seventy minutes of waiting I said enough and cancelled order. Store acted like I was the inconvenience. Franchise has gone done hill.

I ordered online. When I arrived they did not even start making it. Then when I brought the food back to work, I realized I had my coworkers sandwich but not mine. I drove right back to this location to let them know they missed my sandwich. They then wanted me to bring all the food back so they then could make my sandwich. This policy is absurd and I would not eat at any location due to this!
