Google says you're open, but Jimmy John's says you're not open on their website. You haven't been an option on the app for a long time, yet you reply to a review that is a week old. What is going on with you? I used to like to stop in after ordering on the app while I was going in between buildings, but after you disappeared from the app I stopped going thinking you closed. So what is it?

The lady at the front was training a new employee. They were nice and respectful and very helpful. The atmosphere was very welcoming. All of the staff we're working in unison I've never been to Jimmy John's before, but I'll definitely go again.

I just had the worst service here. I ordered in the app for pickup as I have done here many times. I arrive and wait 10 mins as I don't see my order waiting. I finally ask and the MANAGER says "Oh, I don't have Unwich" -really nasty. I said "ok then usually you would reject the order, but that's ok. Can I get a refund?" She says "You have to take that up with your company". What does that even mean? She meant my credit card company! Granted, that might be the case, but she was completely unapologetic. Never said "sorry" or apologized during the interaction at all. As I was waiting I noticed they were messing up everyone's orders, many people were waiting and still there when I left. I heard her bark at another customer "oh somebody took your order!" No apology, no reassurance they will make the correct order. It was just all around awful.

Place is ridiculous. My office is 5 minutes down the street from this business. I ordered a tuna sandwich and was informed on doordash it would be 15-20 min. Hour goes by and the app is informing me that they are still making my order. I called the store to see what the hold up is and the guy who answered told me it'll be out in 10-15 min. I tried explaining to him what I'm seeing on the app and that it's been an hour. He told me "how about this man, you will have a good sandwich in about 15 min" then hung up on me. My sandwich arrived 20 min later missing cucumbers and tomatoes, there was more cheese than tuna and the sandwich was warm. Don't order from here.

Worst customer service ever. Left me on hold for over 30 minutes to Apply a credit on to my account and another hold for 10 minutes just to place an order i was supposed to get a credit i called 4 times and they delivered my food and still asked how i would like to pay! I asked for an extra side of sauce and they didn't even get that either!

I have been to a lot of jimmy johns locations and have had a ton of sandwiches I had my best one done today by Haley she's awesome!

This place is poor when it comes to service, delivery took over an hour and a half and it took numerous phone calls before staff awnsered the phone. I would give 0 stars if i could, i just cant beleive how bad it was. The online app never changed to show the food out for delivery even though it was. So confusing i just dont understand the disconnect with this location.
