What a Gem!! I met co-workers for lunch and this place is Awesome. The Stacked Honey Ham is excellent. My caramel latte was perfect. The staff her is polite and knowledgeable. I will patronize this location frequently. And tell all my friends ?Kid-friendliness: The staff here are high schoolers really friendly and knowledgeable.

AMAZING SERVICE! I took my family here after I had been raving to them about the deserts and tasty breakfast sandwiches. We ordered lots of treats and ended up being able to try a couple for free. The Bagel breakfast sunrise is A1, especially with their famous chive cream cheese!

I just left Just Baked 12/7/2023.I brought 2 cupcakes. One strawberry and one coconut. When I got home I began to eat the coconut. I hate to say but it was stale. It was hard and not moist. They should change the name from Just Baked to 3 day old. I was inclined to take them back but it was just too far to go for a cupcake. Wasted 10.00

I totally agree with a previous review... this place use to be Great...it has lost its lack luster since the New Mgmt. The New Owner and her tak have demonstrated poor service... they don't take pride in greeting the Customer upon entering the establishment... after standing and looking at the desert case for 10 mins and there was no Hello! How can we help you today? Looking for something special? I had to say Hello out loud then the Owner and her team decide to say we were waiting on you... Huh! I stated "how can you be waiting on me when I've been waiting for someone to say something to me???The Owner then replied.... well next if we don't greet you then your more than welcome to greet us first and get our attention."What Owner or Mgt responds in this way???I have been coming here for years and there previous Ownership was Awesome, Courteous and always Customer service oriented.Unlike this New Owner and her team, maybe it wasn't a good idea for you to get into a service industry field!
My husband said he HAD to take to Just Baked. I learned it's under new management and we received great service. Everything was well stocked and clean. I will be back!

Excellent, friendly and fast service. Delicious cupcakes and coffee! I can see why this place was voted Michigan's best cupcake last year. Large variety of cupcakes, brownies, and other baked goods. They serve ice cream too. They also have breakfast and lunch items. I need to come back and try a breakfast bagel sandwich, salad, and a wrap. Everything looks really good. I loved my carrot cake cupcake! So moist and the buttercream is amazing. My friend said his brownie was fabulous too. My lavender latte was divine and my friend thought his regular coffee was high quality too. Very clean and fun decor. Seating is spaced out so you have privacy. There is even a fireplace. I like the ambiance! Easy parking in the strip mall. I plan on being a regular!!
