They made the people wait so long to even take your order ...This was the worst service ever. I asked did they have certain foods. The cashier asked and the workers in the back said yes. I placed the order then paid and waited to then be told they're out of the food I had asked about if before ordering and they confirmed and I paid for it, to now know they don't have it.

Disappointed and the food was disgusting!!! Chicken was raw, old, undercooked, fries cold and the drink was carbonated water. Did an online order. It doesn't allow you to select the piece you want so of course they gave me 2 big azz thighs and the drum was undercooked too. They need to close down

Went in there on 2/27 for the new Chizza, also ordered a Blackberry Lemonade, one Biscuit and the mini chocolate cake. I had to say my order several times as the cashier was clearly slow (in terms of mentally and in her speed) and couldn’t comprehend my pretty simple order after several times of repeating myself. She had to look at several guides in front of her and didn’t really seem like she knew how to use or do anything. A guy came from the back and told me it would be a 7 min wait for him to make more filets for my chizza, seemed like he was inconvenienced by it and like he was lowkey begging me not to have to make him do more work. Then when I got my lemonade, there was NO ice cubes in it at all and I almost didn’t notice it until it was too late, and then one of the weirdest things was when that same cashier was calling for an order or something like that and referred to me clearly and loudly as “white boy, light skinned”. Bro really? You should be referring to your customers with a little bit more respect. Professionalism is nowhere here. Weird vibe from the moment I walked in. Also I expected a drive thru when I came here, what KFC doesn’t have a drive thru? Then when I was parked and eating, some guys were coming out the back taking out the trash and whatever else they were doing, and one guy said “Watch what you doin’ when you come out here”. How about you just do the right thing all the time? Probably are chainsmoking in the kitchen or something and just didn’t want me to see it. Only saving grace is the food I got was mostly very good.

The chicken pot pie was hot, fresh and delicious. The new loaded potato bowl however was trash. The presentation, the taste and the price were very much disappointing. This particular KFC in the past has served me average food at best with the chicken pot pie being the one exception to the rule. I will not be eating from this location again, ever.

The food was OK, but the service sucked! This location is notorious for forgetting items. They would've forgotten even more items had I not thought to ask about my pies. KFC seems to always forget the pies, no matter which location you go to. Also, they don't have a drive thru, which is an inconvenience.
