This is the worst location rude staff at all times days afternoons and nights… waited for over hour due to no staff but pulled up to window and he was eat and talking with manager but laughing so I pulled off but I’m no longer supporting your locations and hope they shut down soon for the rude staff and dirty and smelly restaurants

Just go to West Bloomfield’s location. I never had a decent experience here it’s just unfortunate. They don’t salt nor fill your fries up.

Person up front was not helpful in the slightest, was not very busy yet took forever, and when it finally did come: completely wrong order. Literally just didn't have half the things we ordered, and couldn't even get equivalent swaps. The WORST McDonald's experience I've ever had.
Dude up front Sat April 13th at 10:30 was being rude to absolutely everyone and my friend and I waited 20 mins for two meals. Also didn't have smoothies and didn't refund me even though I ordered on and asked about one
