The food here is amazing. Tried their special burger and added chipotle mayo. Pinning this place as a favorite for sure!! Can’t believe how good the burger was!

I visited National Coney Island for lunch. I ordered a Coney Island chili dog, french fries and a beverage. I was instructed to order my food with the cashier, get my own beverage from the beverage station and have a seat at any table. I got my Vernors and had a seat. It took about 12 minutes to get my food. My french fries were dark brown and crunchy. My bun was really wrinkled and not fresh. The vernors tasted watered down. Not the best lunch ecperience. I won't visit again.Parking: Very limited parkingWheelchair accessibility: Two accessible parking spaces.

I am extremely disappointed on what I received. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup via Uber Eats and the container was less than half full. Very upset about this! I did not get my money's worth of food.

This location doesn't even train there workers to know what they're own Coney Bucks cards are. I went there in person a while ago and the register worker said the Coney Bucks card wasn't working. Turns out he was trying to ring it up the wrong way. The manager only came over and told the worker after I paid and was given my food. Today, we just called in for an order and the person who picked up the phone didn't even know what Coney Bucks cards were. We hung up before placing the order.

Prejudice and rude to blacks. Surprised to see a black cook working here. Tragic! Don’t support this business. The first time I experienced it blew it off with the benefit of doubt. Then it happened again and its not coincidence or me over exaggerating. Very prejudice and I believe that they don’t care to show it.

I wish I didn't feel the need to take my totime to write this review. It has nothing about the food. About. 9pm on a Sunday Evening my partner brought home a carry out, (there were some mistakes/no big deal, I asked wbere it was from..... he said National Coney Island In SF). I called. first thing, (Not Hello), "We're Closed!",I said yes, tbat wont. be a problem, asked where they were located..... she said 12 Mille/Southfield. I said, ok, hold on one second please- (I asked my partner if that's where he went, it was!nt!)Before I even asked him 1/2 the question the girl "scauffed at me and HUNG up!"I called right back- (now more angry she was so rude, when I was only trying to find out info.).again, no hello, "we are closed..."again, "Yes", then went on to explain I was just trying to figure out correct restaurant and location before "I was SO RUDELY "scauffed" at. - and hung up on!"she said- "we are closed lady!"(again, yes. I had tbat down. )I tried to explain I was just trying to figure out restaurant and location, so I can contact who ever I need to who can deal with things, but as mistakes with food happen, are acceptable- are human error, BUT her purposely being rude, "scauffing" and hanging up- that is so un necessary! and took up more time and caused more of a problem then anything else together-I told her I'd rather just take a moment to explain , "it's not what you say, it's how you say it, and she didn't need to be so rude to be at all. i even voiced I'd rather call and explain that, in hopes in the future she avoids being unnecessaily rude- & said it's way easier then writing a poor yelp review! after that, she went on to say she didn't need to tolorate me talking badly to her. (I was not), then told me she's closed, and it's not her fault some other place made a mistake. I just said, how she was correct. it wasn't her fault i had an issue with another Coney Island, but it was a bigger issue in my opinion the way I was treated by her, when I was only trying to find out who "didn't" make a mistake. she told me "she was closed, she didn't "scruff or hang up" - and said none of my issues were her problem. not shocked. She hung up again! lol. wow! I havent been here! but I will say I NEVER WILL!!! the owner/manager should teach the staff basic life skiLL's-"not what you saw, it's how you sayit!" as many others. I would rather go somewhere that can be kind, even dealing with a mistake, then being talked badly to because someone is to self righteous to take a moment to give name:directions, or wait 30 seconds while I confer.i hope her bias teachers her what hee parents failed!
