I can't write a review for the food because we tried to walk in at 7:30pm and the door was locked. There was 1 person in the store and when she came to the door to unlock it, she only asked if we had a call in. When we said no, she locked the door back. Google and the sign in the door said they close at 9pm. We were hungry and really wanted to give them a try. It sucks when the restaurants information is advertised all wrong. Not interested in trying that location again.

I had an issue with my sandwich had ordered I spoke with Eric the General manager and he was so nice, professional and understanding he immediately went in to fix the issue and replaced the sandwich with not just a sub but the chips and drink for my daughter and I….thank you

Had a BLT slim sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. It was decent had not been here in awhile. I just needed to put something in my stomach. But I can say they are fast and quick and one of the team members just asked me how was my meal. I thought that was nice of him to ask. ???

I ordered/paid online and my order was wrong, so I wanted a refund, the manager says they can't give me one, it will mess up the money drawer, they asked for my number and claimed a district manager would contact me. I fee like I have been ROBBED and will never patronize this chain again!!

So NEVER order online because if your food is wrong they will not refund you in the store, the young lady at the register asked the manger how to handle my request and they asked for my phone number so that a district manager could contact me later. This has never happened to me so I was shocked/pissed!! what kind of business can accept your payment but not refund it???!!

i recommend not working there if you are looking for a job. the treatment there is horrible by the manager. lacked of communication, very disrespectfu, horrible, and it's too much! the food is good but i do not recommend working there at All!!

Dont bother with ordering online in advance , it would have been significantly quicker to wait in line. It took 25 minutes after my pickup time to receive one sandwich.
The inside was beautiful The service was good. The food I didn't care for. With a name like Potbelly I expected more. Like I thought I would be sleep cause the food was so good. Instead I'm up looking for something else to eat.

If you're thinking of going to the Chipotle in this spot THINK AGAIN because they were randomly closed and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund for my online order. Potbelly was my plan B and made my food quickly even though they were slammed. They are my plan A now. Yummy sandwiches without any drama and everyone is clearly working hard to feed people that can't get their chipotle.
