I asked the young lady for a peanut power plus and wasn't under the impression that I was getting what I asked for. When I explained to her the complication, it wasn't a big deal and I was willing to just accept my order the way it was prepared.However, her attitude was very nasty and she has a very smart mouth in regards to talking rude to customers. The employee name says chris on my receipt dated March 12, 2024 at 2:29 PM. However I'm not sure what the young lady's name is. Just rude

I placed an online order at 7:30(they open at 7 on Thursdays) i got there at 8 and the doors were locked! My card was still charged. $9 and no smoothie. Very disappointed.

Hey, just finished getting an order and felt like I should leave a review. The people here are super friendly and are great every single time, the guy today made sure to put my drink in an allergy bowl to protect it. Just feels good to shop at a place that feels so nice, and the smoothies are great too, I get a ton of add-ons. Definitely recommend.

Not so SmoothiesThe property is clean and service fast. However, we were the only ones getting smoothies. There are scores of choices, and you should check the online menu to find your smoothie. There was one problem, one smoothie was not so smooth. There were pieces of ice up to about 1/2-inch in diameter in it.

Quality of customer service is poor. It doesn't make sense that this location is drive thru only. It kills the convenience of pre ordering. I didn't appreciate waiting 15 minutes in line for an item I already paid for! Once I ordered thru the app and the store employees closed early mid day. It was a nightmare to get a refund and the attitude was oh well.
