Every time I’ve stopped here on my way to work between 5am-6am, my drink has been nasty. The early morning crew do not know how to make drinks, at least not a mocha cookie crumble. Basically just frozen milk, no flavor what so ever, EVERYTIME.The location a few miles before them in Bloomfield Hills on telegraph by the shell station is way better.

This starbucks needs an overhaul but I can say the staff is pretty nice. Some of them have been there a long time. The drive thru is faster than inside. Don't even waste time going insdie.

Bathrooms are always extremely dirty, pee all on the floors. They are also very rude, if they get your order wrong they start slamming the blenders and get an attitude. Last time they had to make my drink twice, the second time they told me I ordered my drink wrong, even though I was looking at my receipt. The dark skin girl with the locs & pierced nose has a horrible attitude. But yet she is the shift manager. She rolls her eyes and talks about me with her teammates when my drinks are wrong. I've never got an apology or really.. a my bad they kinda just slam the door on you & remake your item lol 9/10 my drink is always missing an ingredient I added leading me to wait another 10 mins

I patronize starbucks daily and order the same each time $3.25 large black coffee and a shot of expresso on the side. Not paying over $5.00. Today January 5, 2024 at apx 2pm est. I went in to this starbucks for a large coffee. Half Pike and half dark roast. I was told they no longer sell the Pike after a certain time a day. I asked for a pour over. They agreed. I also ordered a shot of expresso on the side, cost $1.25. Menu states add expresso $1.25. Tez charged me $2.50 for 1 shot plus $3.50 for large coffee total was $7.+. He claim there was another menushowing a solo expresso is $2.50 but the menu in store thats shown to the public states $1.25. Tez states the unseen menu states a solo expresso shot cost $2.50.Horrible experience couldn't get what I wanted and they tried charging me extra for large coffee and expresso on side. Either the crew is stealing or they do not want customers like me who like it my way.

If their objective is trying to get customers to never return then they’re doing it right. Been here numerous times and they have yet to get my order right. I ask for hot, they give me cold. I ask for peppermint, they give me gingerbread. I ask and pay for venti, they give me a tall. Holy hell, how hard is it? Constantly reminded of how horrible this location is

I have visited this location several times during the early hours. The heavy set Af Am woman has the worst attitude! Not the right person for this position or maybe she’s justi not a morning person. She’s Very unpleasant. I will try out of the way, not to patron this

The staff here would rather chit chat, make jokes with each other, and dance around instead of actually making drinks. No one is in line. Yet it takes a literal 20 minutes to get a

The barista was beyond rude. I waited for 13 minutes for them to make whip cream since they didn't tell me they were out until after I paid. Once I got my drink, it was lukewarm as it had been sitting in the counter for 13 minutes with no lid. I asked for a remake and the barista told me my drink was "still hot enough". After some back and forth, he finally remade it and handed them both to me saying "See? Same temperature." Note: they were not the same temperature. Anyone who thinks a drink sitting for 13 minutes is the same temperature as one that was just made is lying.

Dirty Dirty Dirty! Slow. Waiting inside for 15 mins for a coffee. I can't not stress enough this filthy this location is. I would never eat from this establishment.
